Good morning and welcome to this new day,
Your conscious new beginning.
I'm Caroline and I'm delighted to start this day in a conscious way together with you.
I'd like you to take a comfortable position,
Sitting upright with a straight back or perhaps lying down.
You can close your eyes.
And the first thing we do is we take a very big deep breath in and also back out.
We breathe in the fresh air and when we exhale just let go of the night.
One more time,
Inhale and exhale.
Allow yourself to fully arrive in the here and the now.
The only thing that matters now is just being here,
In stillness,
Just with yourself.
And it is by being consciously aware of the inhale and exhale that we are present.
Just be here,
Physically and mentally.
It's all that matters at this very moment.
Whenever thoughts arise in your mind,
That's okay.
Just acknowledge their presence and very gently let them go by bringing your full awareness to your inhale and exhale.
Very slowly you bring your full awareness to the very small pause that you feel between the inhale and exhale.
Perhaps this small pause is a short moment of pure silence.
Your inhale and exhale are your safe haven.
So whenever you want you can bring yourself back to your inhale and exhale.
Your safe haven.
Now we breathe in and out a little bit deeper and slower than usual,
Very consciously.
And you are here and now.
You are fully grounded.
And above all,
You are ready.
You are ready for all that the day will bring to you and consciously start the day,
Your day.
