And return to your normal breathing pattern,

Imagine yourself sitting in a space that makes you feel calm.
Maybe it's on a beach or in your favorite spot at home.
Notice what you see and what you hear around you.
Now think of your intention.
What does it mean to you?
Why does it matter to you?
Continue these thoughts while you place a hand on your heart.
Feel your heart beating.
Notice your chest moving as you breathe.
Feel the warmth between your hand and your heart.
Imagine a light glowing in that warmth.
That light is there to illuminate your journey.
Feel it getting brighter.
See it radiating out through your fingers.
Now take a deep breath in,
