Each of us has blocks that stand in the way of living our best life.

Whether it's a hectic schedule,

Fear,

That mean girl in your head,

Or habits and thought patterns that no longer serve you,

Awareness of your roadblocks is the first step to alleviating them.

Clear what's blocking your path so you can create space for positive energy and beautiful possibilities.

Find a comfortable position,

Sitting or lying down.

Close your eyes,

Or lower your gaze if that's more comfortable for you.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Hold it for a moment,

And exhale slowly through your mouth.

Take two more big breaths like that,

And allow any tension to leave your body.

Lower your shoulders,

Relax your jaw.

When that's complete,

Allow your breath to return to your normal breath pattern,

And imagine yourself standing on a beautiful path.

The sun is shining warmly on your face,

And you notice a gentle breeze.

Look around you.

What do you see here?

Take a deep breath in.

Notice the scent of the fresh air.

Listen intently.

Slowly,

What do you hear around you?

You begin to walk,

And a dense fog forms around the path ahead.

You keep walking,

And within seconds,

Find yourself surrounded,

Unable to see your way forward or back to where you were.

Pause here,

And try to get your bearings.

You know you're not in danger,

But losing sight of where you want to go is uncomfortable.

Notice this feeling.

Where in your body does that discomfort sit?

Take a deep breath in,

And exhale.

You have the power and ability to clear this dense fog that blocks your way.

Take another deep breath in,

And this time when you exhale,

Purse your lips and blow that fog away.

Visualize the fog as it dissipates and your path becomes visible again.

Start to walk forward on that path slowly.

Notice how your energy has changed now that the fog is cleared.

Where do you feel this in your body?

This path represents your journey,

Your life,

Your dreams,

Your future.

Remember how it feels in your body to lose sight of where you are.

This can be a clue for you when a block shows up that you haven't noticed yet.

Know that you have what it takes to clear the path ahead of you.

Remember how it feels when your energy changes when you take action to clear that path.

Take a deep breath in,

And exhale.

Slowly bring your awareness back to the space around you.

Blink your eyes a few times as you come back to the here and now.
