Start by getting comfortable,

Choose the position that feels best to you.
Whether you're seated or lying down.
Future to paint.
To settle in.
And then close your apps.
At your own pace.
Take three rounds of deep inhales through your nose.
Hold at the top.
And long exhales through your mouth.
Notice the movement of your belly and chest as you breathe.
And then from there,
Return to your natural state.
Calm.
Breathing patterns.
Imagine yourself in a favorite place or space where you are filled with positive feelings.
What do your senses experience here?
Of all those sites.
Sounds,
Smells.
And sensations to come to you.
Look around the space again and.

Maybe there's a door you've never noticed.
A path you've never taken.
Or another change that sparks your curiosity and sense of wonder.
Feel that curiosity and wonder.
Notice where it sits in your body.
Move closer to the change that you see.

What other feelings arise in you here?
Take a deep breath in.
And exhale.
With the feelings of curiosity and wonder fresh in your body and mind.
Choose an area of your life where you want to tap into those feelings.
Is it in your relationships?
Self-care?
Personal growth or career.
Another area.
Now with that area in mind.
Think of one new thing to try.
One small new thing.
That you were curious about.
That gets you wondering.
That may lie just outside of a comfort zone.
Allow the little twinges of curiosity and wonder to be there without pressure to take action.
And notice what other feelings show up as you think of this new thing to try.
Do you sense any hesitation or fear?
Does negative self-talk show up?
Do you feel excited and eager?
Notice all of it without judgment.
Simply observe.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
Now think back to your feelings earlier in this visualization as you explored something new in your favorite place.
How might you apply those feelings to the new thing you want to try?
When you gently stretch the edge of a comfort zone,
A mix of emotions is to be expected.
Your mindset is a helpful partner.
Allow curiosity and wonder to lead the way,

Try new things and have new experiences to remind yourself.
That you're capable of growth.
Change.
And self-discovery.
These new things and experiences won't all be worthy of repeating.
But they are all opportunities to reconnect with parts of yourself.
That may have been waiting quietly in the wings.

Notice the sounds around you.
The surface beneath you.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
And when you feel ready.
