Today we'll explore what it means to believe we are enough,
Without doing more,
Proving more,
Or becoming someone else.
Before we begin,
Take a moment to get still.
Find a comfortable seat or lie down if that feels better.
Let your eyes soften or close.
We'll take three audible breaths together.
In through the nose,
Out through the mouth.
Let the exhale be full and open.
This kind of breathing helps calm the nervous system and signals to the body.
You're safe.
You're here.
You can let go.
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale through the mouth.
Again,
Inhale.
And exhale.
One more breath in.
And let it go.
From this quiet place,
I offer you these words.
Dear higher power,
There's a part of me that keeps chasing worth,
Believing I need to do more,
Fix more,
Be more.
But I'm tired of measuring myself against impossible standards.
I want to believe that who I am right now is enough.
Remind me that I don't need to earn my place in this world,
That my value isn't based on productivity,
Performance,
Or perfection.
That just being is enough.
And when I feel behind,
Help me breathe.
When I compare myself to others,
Help me return to myself.
When I feel like too much or not enough,
Anchor me in the truth of my wholeness.
Let me rest in the knowing that I am enough,
Not because of what I do,
But because of who I am.
I leave this in your hands.
