Allow the exhale to be full and open.
This kind of breathing helps calm the nervous system and signals to the body,
You're safe,
You're here.
Remember,
You can let go.
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale through the mouth.
Again,
Inhale and exhale.
One more breath in,
And let it go.
From this quiet place,

Dear Higher Power,
For a long time,
I felt separate.
From others,
From myself,
And maybe even from you.
Today I want to reconnect.
To feel less alone.
To remember that I belong,
Even when I feel broken.
Help me reconnect with the part of me that is still whole.
Help me trust that I'm not too far gone,
Not too much,
Not too late.
If I'm afraid to reach out,
Give me the courage to take one small step.
If I feel misunderstood,
Remind me that I'm still worthy of love.
If I'm isolating,
Bring me someone into my life who sees me with gentle eyes.
Allow me to feel your presence,
Not as judgment,
But as love.
Allow me to sense that I am part of something bigger.
That I'm allowed to take up space.
To be human.
To heal.
