Imagine you are standing in front of a beautiful tree.

Choose a tree that calls to you.

Perhaps the tree chooses you.

Experience this meditation standing with a beautiful tree.

Get really comfortable on your back.

Stretch out your arms like tree branches.

Your crown reaches towards the sky.

The clouds,

The sun growing tall and expansive.

The sky is pure light,

Life-giving and inspiring.

Open your heart.

Inhale fully and deeply into your heart space.

Exhale completely.

Inhale,

Expand.

Exhale,

Soften and let go.

Inhale,

Expand.

Exhale,

Soften and let go.

Soften your gaze.

Relax your jaw.

Soften your shoulders.

Soften your neck.

Expand and open through the heart.

Arms relaxed by your sides.

Palms open toward your tree in a gesture of receiving.
