In this meditation,
We remind the body,
The heart and the mind that it's safe to let go into deep relaxation and sleep.
Feel your breath in your nostrils.
Feel it expand your belly and chest.
When you notice a thought,
Kindly say not now and call yourself home to the present.
Next time you breathe out,
Release the day.
Release thoughts,
Worries,
Physical tension.
Release holding,
Controlling and doing.
Give up on trying so hard.
Let go of needing to know.
Release the past.
Feel your thoughts,
Tensions and worries dissolve and fade away.
Breathe in and out.
Breathe in and out.
Dropping more into your body and into the present moment.
Anchored by your breath,
Grounded in your body,
Held and supported by the earth.
Surrendering to relaxation and rest.
Tune in to the back of your heart.
Send your breath back there.
Expanding through your back ribs.
Expanding against the earth.
Feel the gentle pressure and connection.
Anchoring to the earth through the back of your heart.
Release from your heart into the earth.
Any remaining thoughts or worries.
Anything you need to let go of,
Let it fall away.
Making space to receive.
Receive through your heart earth qualities.
Of grounding.
Strength.
Safety.
Belonging.
Protection and nurturing.
Breathe in to receive.
