Welcome to a healing visualization to release worry,

Fear,

Anxiety and connect to peace.

Get really comfortable seated or lying down,

Gathering together blankets and cushions to help you feel warm and supported.

Soften your gaze,

Feel your eyelids become heavy,

Feel your eyes become heavy and still.

Turn your awareness inwards,

Relax your jaw,

Relax your shoulders.

Feel the weight of your body on the floor.

Notice all the places your body meets the floor,

The points of connection,

The touch of your clothes,

Pillows and blankets.

Notice your breathing,

Your belly expanding,

Rising as you breathe in and falling as you breathe out.

Soft,

Relaxed,

Easy breathing.

Your chest expanding,

Rising as you breathe in and falling as you breathe out.

Gently and with compassion,

Seek out the place in your body where you feel worry,

Fear or anxiety.

Notice sensations of tension,

Hardness,

Stuckness,

Holding or gripping or heaviness.

Place a hand there,

Bringing warmth and awareness to this part of you that wants to be seen and heard and helped.

Call into your awareness a flower,

A beautiful flower created by you,

A flower of peace,

Breathe shape,

Color and life into your flower.

Using your imagination,

Add magical qualities,

Rainbow-like iridescence,

Shimmers and sparkles.

Trace patterns into the leaves and petals.

Imagine a sweet scent,

Feel the softness and silkiness of the petals.

Breathe in deeply and fully as you breathe out,

Fill your flower with the essence of deep peace,

Quiet calm and healing.

Move your flower to rest on that part of you that needs healing,

That needs softening and release.

Visualize your flower resting gently and soothingly there.

Watch it expand to feel the space,

Softening away hard edges,

Dissolving away tension,

Bringing lightness and spaciousness,

Transforming worry and uncertainty into peace and safety.

Your flower is glowing with warm healing light.

Watch it gently pulse and expand in time with your breathing.

Fully connected to you,

A deeply peaceful part of you.

Breathe in,

See your flower expand and glow brighter.

Breathe out,

Breathe in,

Expand,

Breathe out,

Soften and let go.

Your flower grows brighter and larger,

Eventually surrounding your whole body until your whole body is gently held at the very center.

Your whole body is held in warm healing light,

Held in deep peace and quiet calm.

Resting inside your peace flower,

Whole,

Safe,

Loved,

Protected.

Your flower is glowing with warm healing light.

Your flower is glowing with warm healing light.

Resting inside your peace flower,

Your flower is glowing with warm healing light.

Coming back to the feeling of your body supported and held by the floor,

Notice the touch of your clothes and blankets.

Feel the touch of the air,

Does it feel cool or does it feel warm?

Move your fingers and toes.

Take a big stretch.

Stay for a moment longer in this warm quiet space of healing and rest.

Namaste.

I loved this, and I followed the bath time ritual with this meditation. I feel so relaxed. I can't wait to play them again. When I was taking a bath, an electrical storm was moving through my area. The idea of lightning striking while I was in the bath created a bit of anxiety, so I decided to play this afterwards. What a great combination. I am definitely ready for bed. Thank you so much. Namaste.
