This is your time.

A moment to center yourself,

To breathe,

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down.

Gently close your eyes and take a slow,

Deep breath in,

Filling your lungs completely,

And exhale,

Releasing any tension from the night.

Again,

Breathing in,

Feeling clarity and lightness filling your body,

And exhaling,

Letting go of any heaviness.

One more deep breath in,

And out,

Allowing your body to soften,

Your mind to settle,

And your heart to open.

Now,

Gently bring your awareness to your body.

Feel the steady rhythm of your breath,

The quiet strength of your heart beating,

The aliveness within you.

Silently or aloud,

Repeat to yourself,

Thank you,

Body,

For carrying me through this life.

For always working with me.

For always working for me.

For being my home.

With each breath,
