A Prayer for the Heart Chakra On this good morning,

I honour the love and compassion within me,

And I recognize the interconnectedness of all beings.

I understand the importance of giving and receiving love,

And I allow myself to be open to the many forms of love that exist in the world.

I honour my own emotions and the emotions of others,

And I strive to approach all relationships with kindness and compassion.

I affirm.

I honour the love and compassion within me,

And I am open to giving and receiving love.

I recognize the interconnectedness of all beings,

And I approach all relationships with kindness and compassion.

I honour my own emotions and the emotions of others,

And I allow myself to experience love in its many forms.

When my heart chakra is balanced,

I feel a sense of love and compassion that radiates throughout my life.

I am able to appreciate the beauty and interconnectedness of all beings,

And I approach all relationships with kindness and compassion.

I am able to give and receive love freely,

And I honour my own emotions and the emotions of others.

However,

When my heart chakra is imbalanced,

I may struggle with feelings of bitterness or resentment towards others.

I may feel disconnected from my own emotions or struggle to approach relationships with kindness and compassion.

I may feel a sense of isolation or loneliness.

Therefore,

I affirm the love and compassion within me,

And I honour the interconnectedness of all beings.

I approach all relationships with kindness and compassion.

And I give and receive love freely.

I honour my own emotions and the emotions of others,

And I release any feelings of bitterness or resentment,

As within so without,

As above so below.
