Comfortable,
Supported.
Close your eyes if that's comfortable for you,
Or simply soften your gaze,
And allow yourself to arrive.
Here.
Now.
Take a long,
Gentle breath in through your nose,
And exhale slowly through your mouth.
Feel the ground beneath you.
Feel the weight of your body fully supported.
There is nothing you need to fix right now.
Nothing to figure out.
Just this breath.
Just this moment.
Now bring your awareness to your heart.
You don't need to change anything.
Just notice.
What does your heart feel like this morning?
Tender.
Hopeful.
Tired.
Curious.
Whatever is here,
Let it be.
No judgment.
No agenda.
Just breath and presence.
Now place one hand over your heart and one over your belly.
Feel the rise and fall of your body.
The rhythm of life moving through.
The steady pulse beneath your hand.
You have survived what you didn't expect.
And you are still here.
More awake.
More aware.
More available to yourself and to love.
