Hello,

Welcome.

This is a low guidance meditation,

Letting yourself enjoy the feeling of connecting with your breath in this time that is your time for your meditative practice.

Let go of what you've noticed.

Let yourself notice and let go.

And as you do so,

Become aware of the awareness that lies underneath your thoughts.

Your mind has wandered.

Bring your focus back to your breath,

Observing and letting go.

Imagine that your thoughts,

Feelings,

And external objects as transitory objects that float past your awareness.

There's no judging,

No clinging.

Find rest in the sense of spaciousness that arises when the mind lets go.

The expansion can feel so freeing.

And each time you do this,

You'll find that you can go longer and longer between your wandering thoughts.
