Hello Traveler,

Welcome to this deep sleep meditation that will transport you to the beautiful and serene Icelandic wilderness,

Where you can witness the enchanting northern lights.

Take a moment to find a comfortable position in your bed.

Feel your bed supporting you now.

Let go and allow that support to welcome rest tonight.

Close your eyes if that is comfortable and take a deep breath in.

Hold it for a few seconds and slowly exhale.

Breathing in and exhaling.

Each time,

Feeling your breath go deeper,

Feeling your body release,

Release tension,

Expand,

Allowing the breath to move deeper into your body so that you can feel your breath fill up your body and let go.

Fill up your body and let go.

Imagine yourself on a journey to Iceland,

Where the air is fresh and the landscape is breathtaking.

The wilderness is still wild and untamed.

You are surrounded by the beauty of nature,

The sound of waterfalls,

And the fresh crisp air.

You arrive at your destination and you set up a campsite under the expansive sky.

As you finish setting everything up on your campsite,

You lie down in your tent and you feel a gentle breeze brushing against your face,

And you hear the soft sound of the wind blowing through the trees of your sleeping bag,

Cooning you,

Providing comfort and safety.

Take a deep breath in and imagine breathing in that fresh,

Crisp air of Iceland.

As you close your eyes,

If you haven't already,

You begin to notice the subtle shifts of color in the sky above you.

The northern lights are beginning to make their appearance,

Swirling and dancing in the night sky.

You feel a sense of awe and wonder as you watch the aurora borealis in all its glory,

Swirling and moving in the sky above you as you continue to watch the northern lights.

Allow yourself to let go of any stress or worries that you may have been carrying.

Imagine them now drifting away with the breeze,

Leaving you feeling calm and so peaceful as you drift off into a deep and restful sleep.

Continue to watch the northern lights,

Feeling grateful for the beauty of nature and the peace it brings.

Allow yourself to rest deeply,

Knowing that you are safe.

You are surrounded by the serenity of the Icelandic wilderness.

As you dream,

You find yourself wandering through the Icelandic landscape,

Taking in the natural beauty that surrounds you.

You see the majestic glaciers towering above you,

With their sparkling blue ice reflecting the sunlight.

You watch as waterfalls cascade down from the cliffs,

Sending up a misty spray that dances in the sunlight.

You hear the sound of the nearby stream as it winds its way through the valley,

Carrying with it the cool,

Clear water of Iceland.

And as you walk through this wild and untamed land,

You feel a sense of wonder and awe.

You are surrounded by a landscape that has remained virtually unchanged for thousands of years,

Where nature still reigns supreme.

You feel a deep connection to the earth and the natural world,

And you know that this is where you belong.

As you return to your tent,

You settle down once more and gaze up at the night sky.

You watch as the northern lights dance overhead,

Painting the sky with vibrant shades of green,

Green,

Pink,

And purple.

You feel this sense of peace and tranquility wash over you,

Knowing that you are in a place of pure beauty and natural wonder.

As you drift off into a deep and restful sleep,

You feel the gentle embrace of nature all around you.

You are surrounded by the beauty of the Icelandic wilderness,

And you feel grateful for this moment of peace,

Of tranquility,

Of calm.

You know that you will wake up refreshed and rejuvenated,

Ready to face the new day with energy and positivity.

One final deep breath in,

And slowly exhale.

Let yourself relax even further,

Thank you🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻One of my dreams is experiencing the aurora borealis in Iceland. I’ve read they are going to be spectacular in 2025. And…falling asleep with them in my imagination is wonderful!

Worked to quickly relax me and I fell asleep before it was over. Even though I wanted to hear more about the aurora and the landscape. Maybe I’ll just have to go there someday 😊 Thank you!
