This is a 20 minute talk & meditation created to allow a safe place to release, to let go our attachment to our past life pain experience. Life will offer us many teachable moments - some difficult, some painful. The process of releasing yourself from thoughts about the past or concerns about what might or might not happen in the future allows us the ability to take only the wisdom that was offer in the lesson. Once we absorb the lesson, that pain will no longer return and we can move forward without its burden.
