Begin by getting into a comfortable position,
Either seated or laying down.
This guided meditation is about releasing any negativity and clearing space within ourselves for positivity and a sense of clarity and inner peace.
Our body is our temple and we need to be mindful of the feelings we hold within ourselves on a daily basis.
These feelings we hold influence the decisions we make throughout our life.
Begin by taking some deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Clear your mind of all thoughts.
If a thought pops into your head,
See it for what it is and release it.
Don't chase the thought.
If you are having a hard time clearing your mind,
Bring your attention to the rhythm of your breath.
Focus on the rising and falling of your chest.
With every breath,
Allow your body to relax further.
Feel your body become one with the earth.
Visualize a tube of green light beginning at the base of your spine and extending down to the earth's core.
With every inhale,
Breathe in this green light energy.
Let it flow throughout your body.
Now imagine a tube of golden light extending from the top of your head all the way up through the clouds and into the universe.
With every inhale,
Feel the warmth of this golden energy filling your body.
With each exhale,
Release any and all old stale energies that are trapped within you.
You are now grounded to the earth and connected to the universe.
Bring your awareness to your body.
Begin to scan your body for any emotional or physical tension you may be holding on to.
Beginning at your toes,
Your ankles,
Moving to your knees,
Do you feel any achiness?
Your hips,
Hands,
Arms,
Stomach,
Chest.
Do you feel any tightness or feelings of anxiety?
Breathe deeply through any discomfort.
With every exhale,
Envision tension or stress leaving your body.
Move to your shoulders,
Throat,
Jaw,
And the top of your head.
Now,
Bring your awareness to your emotions.
What are you feeling inside?
Do you have any feelings of anxiousness or self-doubt?
Are you worried or excited about what is to come this week?
What is your internal state?
Allow yourself to feel any and all emotions that are residing within you.
Feel them for what they are,
But don't judge them.
Always attaching any negative emotions to balloons and then releasing them into the sky.
Watch as the balloons float away into the universe,
Taking with them all negativity,
Leaving you with a blank slate.
Now begin to visualize yourself achieving or completing your biggest goal or desire.
What does that look and feel like for you?
What are you doing?
Who is with you in that moment?
Feel that joyfulness and sense of fulfillment radiate through your body,
Filling every cell.
Hold on to this feeling for as long and strongly as you can.
Remember it.
As you move through the coming week,
Bring yourself back to this moment.
Back to this feeling of love,
Joy and fulfillment.
Use this feeling to propel you forward through the coming week.
In the most positive and empowering way you can.
As soon as you begin to feel any feelings of stress or anxiety this week,
Close your eyes and bring yourself back to this moment.
Use this powerful feeling to re-center yourself and redirect yourself into a more positive headspace.
You are the creator of your life.
In every moment you are exactly where you need to be.
Just as you are.
You are enough.
Everything is exactly as it is meant to be.
You are worthy of everything and anything you can imagine.
Begin to bring your awareness back into your body.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Slowly bring your awareness back to the room.
