This meditation guides you to become aware of the emotions within. When you fully feel each emotion for what it is. You are able to create space for healing to occur. Leading you to process and let go of attachments. This meditation offers relief and gives you the tools to move through depression and into a more positive head space. For best results practice this meditation once a day for 21 days.

Welcome and thank you for joining me in this guided meditation.

Begin by getting into a comfortable position,

Either seated or laying down.

Once you have settled in,

Begin to take some slow,

Deep breaths.

Inhaling through the nose or mouth,

All the way down,

Filling the belly with air.

Inhaling through the mouth,

Feeling the rib cage contract.

This meditation was created to offer some relief and hope on our darkest of days.

Every now and then,

We find ourselves at a point in our lives when the world just feels heavy.

We may find ourselves in a space filled with anguish or devastation.

Sometimes we may find ourselves in this place for longer than we would prefer.

There is nothing wrong with that.

In these times of anguish,

The best thing we can do is turn inwards.

Quiet the mind and let these feelings rise to the surface,

No matter how painful they may be.

Allowing the body to fully feel these emotions begins to create a space for healing.

You are in a safe place right now.

Turn off the mind and let these emotions rise up.

Feel them for what they are and breathe through them.

Feeling and processing these emotions is the first step in creating a space to fully heal.

New beginnings are often disguised as painful endings.

Breathe deeply,

Noticing the changeover of energy taking place within your body.

This too shall pass and this healing and pain opens the door for new beginnings.

Use these feelings to surrender.

At any point in your life you can turn inwards and release the situation over to the universe.

Place all attachments over to a higher power and trust that you are always being taken care of.

Although it may seem hard to believe,

The universe is always guiding you towards your highest good.

All you need to do is turn inward and ask the universe for help and clarity.

Universe,

I surrender to you and ask for your guidance and clarity in order to move forward in a positive way.

Please show me signs of what to do and let me know that I am on the right track.

I turn this over to you and trust that you are looking out for me.

I fully surrender and release all negativity from my aura.

I ask for your healing energy to help protect me and guide me as I move forward.

I know that this too shall pass and I am ready for a new beginning.

I am ready to start again.

I am ready to step into the next best version of myself.

I am ready to show up for myself.

I am ready to trust.

I am ready to see through the eyes of love.

Thank you universe for always supporting and loving me.

When you are ready,

Begin to bring your awareness back into your body.

Wiggling your fingers and toes.

Take one more deep breath in.

And when you are ready,

You may open your eyes.
