This guided meditation leads you through a full-body scan. Ridding you of any negative energy that may be stuck within your body or energetic field. As negative energy leaves the body, you will begin to feel your vibration rise. You will then be led through a series of affirmations that will leave you centered and ready to take on the day ahead of you.

Transcript

Begin by getting into a comfortable position,

Either seated or laying down.

This meditation is about connecting to the present moment,

Being grateful for where you are in life today and excited for where you are going.

We do not see outside circumstances as they are,

Rather we see them as we are.

Begin by taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Using the natural rhythm of breath,

Whatever feels most comfortable for you.

The breath is the bridge which connects life to consciousness.

It unites your body with your mind.

Allow any wandering thoughts to come to the forefront of your mind and release them.

We will initiate a body scan,

Bringing awareness to any tension that may be residing within the body.

If you feel tension in certain areas,

Inhale deeply,

Sending the breath down to the area of discomfort.

If you need to wiggle your fingers and toes to release any stuck energy,

Please do so.

Bring your awareness to your toes and any sensations you feel within them.

Your knees,

Let them fall gently towards the earth.

Hips,

Pelvis,

Stomach,

Chest.

Pause here for a moment and bring your awareness to the rising and the falling of your chest with each breath.

Your hands,

Arms,

Throat,

Your head.

Allow your eyes and mouth to relax.

Notice any tension leaving your body through the top of your head.

Any and all stress or negativity exit the body and mind.

Be present in this moment.

Simply detach from anything that is pulling you away from this moment of relaxation.

Don't worry about the past,

Where it is gone.

Don't stress about the future,

For it hasn't arrived yet.

Live in the present and make the present moment beautiful.

Repeat after me.

Today is going to be a good day.

Today is going to be a good day because I expect today to be a good day.

I expect good things to happen to me.

I know good things will happen to me.

I choose to be happy.

I choose to feel good.

I choose to think positively.

Today I will smile whenever I can,

Knowing that I am on the path to my ideal life.

When I experience contrast to what I believe is true for my best life,

It is not me being off track.

Through contrast,

I am able to distinguish what I want in life.

To obtain a clear vision of the direction I would like to go.

It is through contrast that I am able to decide the kinds of people I want to surround myself and the kind of experiences I would like to have.

Through contrast,

I am able to appreciate everything I have in life.

In every moment,

I am one decision away from a completely different life.

The things that excite me are not random.

They are connected to my purpose.

All good things start as a dream.

The dream becomes a vision.

The vision becomes a plan and the plan becomes reality.

Everything I do now is for my future.

What I allow will continue.

It is never too late for a new beginning in life.

Begin to bring your awareness back into the room.

Wiggling your fingers and toes.

When you feel ready,

Gently open your eyes.
