Begin by getting into a comfortable position,

As you settle in,

Feeling the belly with air as you inhale.

Notice your body feeling lighter.
As you deepen the breath,
Scan over your body,
Looking for any areas where you may be experiencing discomfort.
Send a breath down to those areas of discomfort.
Enabling the body to fully unwind.
Allow any wandering thoughts or worries to come to the forefront of the mind.
See them for what they are without judging them or yourself.

Created to help you process all emotions and use them to empower yourself.
Continue breathing deeply,
Becoming aware of the rising and the falling of your chest with each breath.
As your mind begins to slow,
Take notice of one or two thoughts or worries that keep popping back up.
Focusing these thoughts or worries,
Try to shift your perspective.
Surrender these thoughts over to the universe and your inner being.
For right now,
Try to accept what is.
Think yourself,
What lessons is the universe trying to teach me in regards to these thoughts?
As you surrender and fully accept what is,
You are able to move into a place of compassion and love.
Everything happens for a reason.
There is always a lesson to be learned in every situation that brings up fear.
When we are able to see through the perspective that everything is happening for us,
We are able to reclaim our power.
We can shift our mindset and use this fear to better ourselves.
Trying to surrender and fully accept what is,

Self-love is a place we choose.
As we learn to accept what is and have compassion for our self,
