Explore MeditationKara Looney is an enthusiastic and curious teacher, always endeavoring to unveil the interplay between the practical science of the material world and the expansive infinity of divine consciousness. She guides students and clients to access creative flow states and connect to that infinite reservoir of energy that resides within. Strengthening the nervous system, cultivating a clear sense of present awareness and developing spiritual sovereignty are all important elements of her work. She guides students in finding sustainable presence, balance and harmony in their lives through incorporating yogic technology. Kara teaches Kundalini Yoga and Vinyasa Flow virtually and onsite, hosts regular virtual 40 day meditation groups to enable students in making meditation a more consistent part of their daily lives. She teaches Yoga, Meditation and is a Sound Healing Facilitator for corporations and addiction recovery/mental health facilities, and teaches credit courses in yoga & meditation at Montana State University. Kara is ERYT 200/h Vinyasa Flow, 200/h KRI Kundalini Yoga, Sound Healing Facilitator, University Educator and Vedic Astrologer under the lineage of Sage Parasara.
