This is a short, 5-minute meditation to fill your heart, body, day, and life with happiness. We begin with deep breathing, then focus on the heart, then recall happy imagery, and spread that energy outwards in an expanding manner. Towards the end of the meditation, you are brought back into the heart, invited to focus again on the breath, and gently returned to your day.
