This practice is here to help you dive into your intuition,
Learn to trust your gut,
And remember who the fuck you are.
Let's start with our eyes closed if you're comfortable with that.
And we're going to start this practice with a breathing technique that I call the shut the fuck up breath.
And the reason we're doing this breath is to quiet the doubt that clouds up our minds.
And this practice is easy.
All you're going to do is inhale for six counts and hold it for a second.
And then when you exhale,
You're going to make a long shhhhh sound,
Kind of like you're telling someone to be quiet.
And I want you to try to make your exhales as long as possible,
Really even like 20 to 30 seconds if you can.
But if you can't go that long,
Don't worry.
You can just pause and wait because I'm going to guide us through this entire practice.
If your timing becomes just slightly different than mine,
Don't worry.
Just chill out,
Breathe,
And start again with me on each round.
Let's begin by aligning our breaths.
And I'd like you to exhale everything out of your system through your nose.
One,
Two,
Three,
Exhale everything out through the nose.
And now slowly on my count,
Inhale deeply for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Hold it just for a second.
And now when you exhale,
Make a long shhhhh sound on my count.
One,
Two,
Three,
Exhale.
Long sound.
And now to reset,
Take a deep breath in and a normal deep breath out.
And let's go again.
Inhale for one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Hold it for a second.
Take in a little bit more air if you can.
And now on my count,
Exhale as long as you can,
Making that shhhhh sound.
One,
Two,
Three,
Exhale,
Shhhhh.
Keep going.
Beautiful.
Now let's take a cleansing breath in together.
Inhale through the nose.
Exhale through the mouth.
Last one.
Inhale one,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Take in a little bit more air and hold the breath just for a moment.
And now your slowest exhale yet.
One,
Two,
Three,
Shhhhh.
Keep going.
And now just breathe in your natural rhythm.
