June Lydon

June has been practicing meditation for over 20 years and teaching mindfulness since 2019. Her interest in mindfulness was inspired by her own life experiences and challenges - witnessing firsthand how mindfulness helped her tune into her own resources and navigate life more skillfully. A member of the Mindfulness Teachers Association of Ireland (MTAI) and a qualified Mindfulness Teacher, June regularly teaches in the Tech Industry. She facilitates weekly mindfulness sessions and has been invited as a speaker at mental health events. She is a yoga teacher - her classes are focused on moving the body with a mindful presence. With all the highs and lows and in-between that life can bring, June is deeply committed to her personal mindful practices and regularly attends silent retreats and mindfulness workshops. For her, it is the turning toward the unwanted where we can harness our own innate wisdom to support our life journey.
