So welcome and welcome in your lying down to meditate.
Lying down,
Feeling that contact of your body with the earth.
Not something narrow,
Not something to do.
A meeting's body.
Where we're interested.
Where we're curious.
And there's nothing for us to do.
Or get to.
Just body on earth.
Maybe spreading,
Sinking in to that soft and warm embrace of earth.
And taking a few deeper in breaths.
And out breaths.
Feeling how the out breath loves to move down and through and into your feet.
Allowing then the breath to move through you.
And how the feet and the out breath know one another.
Soft folds of your feet.
We can rest our attention there for a while.
And the breath allowed to move through you.
Notice if there might be some softening around the breath.
And just softening around the ribs.
As though the ribs,
The tissue,
The soft deep tissue there and deep under the skin.
There's more of this in your awareness.
Because it's aliveness and it's breath that breathes rather than a mechanical respiratory breath of the lungs.
With this breath of body alive.
And it's being breathed.
And it's being breathed.
What if?
Like a soft watery net of stars in and beyond body.
The watery light.
The sweetness is the breath.
Your ribs.
Diaphragm.
With a heart.
Rest.
And if you brought your attention for a while to your sacrum that snake head burn the bottom of your spine.
And this wateriness of life beyond body.
Sweetly breathing body.
Nutrition.
Liquid nutrition for revealing this liquid alive sacrum.
This thin delicate burn.
Liquid.
Watery.
Again.
That sense of sweetly breezed by that wide connected net of life.
And maybe for a while could it be that sacrum like a beautiful green leaf on tree.
And resting,
Fitting in stillness.
Earth creature,
Insect.
Only.
Like a rock.
In a river stream.
This creature sits.
Relate.
So that what might feel like thinking energy in the mind,
In the body.
Just passing.
Getting through.
And if,
What if,
Rain came down?
And each drop,
Heavy drops of rain,
Sinking into this body.
And now,
A fluid invisible stream.
So we find soft pockets of fluid,
Softening in body,
That feel like pockets of rest.
Ok.
And that still creature on that leaf sacrum.
All of us are living you
