You're just seeing what it feels like to shift into rest.
I think offered this space to body,
To yourself,
This space,
This time.
And if you bring your awareness to your back body and its contact with the ground,
Especially this back body.
As though through the back body,
You could imagine that there's this sack of rice and that if you were to cut through the centre of this set of rice through the back body,
Back spine and the rice just pours out.
Yeah.
So this intimacy with the earth,
The earth coming up to support.
Your back body wide and wide.
Maybe there's something of softening puffing out of the body,
The front body and body,
A kind of puffing,
Softening.
So there's more breath that's a breath beyond the respiratory breath and ease.
Noticing your sense of the outline of your body in your awareness as this puffing out,
This softening.
And where back body and where back spine is this deep magnetic relationship to ground,
This intimate dance.
This is a landing somehow,
A landing,
An arrival softening of body.
So that soft skin,
The outline of our body.
Really curiously noticing,
Remembering.
The exploration is nothing now to do with some mind's eye,
But is that the body,
The soft,
Soft body is just showing you how it's breathing,
How it's alive anyway.
A rhythm,
Soft and smooth,
Welcoming rhythm.
As though the cells of your body jumping for joy,
Smiling.
And that it's connected to a field,
A wider field,
Soft silky web that holds body,
Holds this precious and beautiful being.
Honouring our rest.
This wide field,
This silky web.
It sings with the body and the body sings with it.
Unconscious.

You And if we become aware of any quality of some state of mind,
State of body-mind,

Maybe it lands,
Maybe it's received,
Without some pushing or pulling it,
Pushing away or shame or resistance or something wrong with me.
But this simple moment of perception,
Of then noticing state of mind,

The feeling quality in body.
How does it show up in body?
As we rest into this wide back,
Wide back,
Welcome with ground and health in this silky web field from beyond body.
So not going into what you might call buzz,
Body-mind,
State,
Buzz,
Not going into that possibility of being with and nothing wrong,
Nothing wrong with me,
Nothing wrong with you.
Orienting wide,
Back and wide.
Wide back body,
That deep welcome.
And this sweet song of our simply being here.
We notice that there's some deep pulling of some alarm in our system.
It can also be really calming and bringing us back in touch with reality by bringing our awareness into our lower body,
A soft deep belly centre,
Soft lower legs and those soft folds of your feet.
Connection to the earth through the backs of your legs.
Ance of the Nobody around.
And again,
Where if there is alone,
There is fear,
If there is anxiety,
There is fear,
There is anxiety.
And we come here and begin to track and notice rather than be that.
That there's nothing wrong,
Nothing wrong with you.
That song,
That sweet song of welcome,
Your place here simply by being here.
Everything included.
Could something inside of us crack open,
Surrender,
Soften.
Underneath fear,
Underneath anxiety.
A softness,
A deep knowing.
