I did not find it repetitive or dull at all. You have a nice voice that remains supportive of wakefulness and attention in tone and inflection. Friendly. And you include forgiving the mind it’s nature to wander. I found this a very good body scan and nice short length. Thank you. More.

I really like this one. Starts & ends with a brief body scan. Middle portion is working with a difficulty on the workbench of your mind.
