Good morning,
Whether you are lying in your bed or sitting in your favorite morning meditation
space,
Let's slowly begin to awaken to this beautiful new day.
As you listen to the sounds of your inhales and exhales.
Can your chest rise and fall?
Can you feel your heart beating for you?
Let's take a moment to recognize how being here right now,
Simply breathing together
is extraordinary.
Gratitude creates gratitude.
Luck invites luck.
Love brings love.
The mindset that you embody and the energy that you align with is what creates and invites
your experiences.
So today in this meditation,
Let's align with gratitude physically,
Mentally,
Energetically
and emotionally so that we can experience in real time how gratitude brings you even
more to be grateful for.
Let's take a few long,
Slow,
Sweet,
Deep breaths together.
Every cell in your body feels the energy of your words and your thoughts.
Let's embody physical gratitude by saying the words thank you to each part of your body.
As I guide you through,
If any part of you needs healing,
More love,
Guide your breath
deeper into these parts of you,
Even saying thank you for the healing,
Starting at the
very top of your head,
Through your forehead,
Your eyes,
Your ears,
Your nose and your mouth.
Fill these parts of you with gratitude,
With your words thank you.
Moving down through your neck and your shoulders,
Your chest,
Your lungs,
Your heart.
Take deep breaths,
Once again,
Filling your body with gratitude by saying thank you.
Moving down through your arms to your fingertips,
Guiding your breath into your abdomen.
Thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you.
Shifting your awareness,
Your attention into your hips,
Your pelvis,
Your lower abdomen.
Repeating the words thank you.
And now moving down through your legs,
Your knees,
Your calves,
Your heels,
The soles
of your feet,
All the way to the tips of your toes.
Once again,
Repeating,
Embodying,
Embracing gratitude by saying thank you.
Feeling this energy of gratitude running through your body.
I'm going to ask you a few questions,
Leaving space between each for your answers to surface.
What in this moment are you grateful for?
The little things,
The big things.
Whatever it is for you,
Allow these answers to come to your mind and fill you with the
feelings of gratitude they bring to you.
Take a nice deep breath.
Who are you grateful for?
See these faces,
Smile at them,
Send them your love,
And allow yourself to feel the
gratitude you have for them.
What are the moments that you are looking forward to creating today that you are already
grateful for?
See these moments in your mind,
Feel yourself there.
And once again,
Allow these moments to fill you with the uplifting feelings of gratefulness.
I am smiling as I say this because you have aligned yourself physically with the energy
of self-love and appreciation for your body through gratitude,
And you've aligned your
mindset to not only be grateful for what you already have,
Grateful for people in your
life,
And you're also grateful for the moments that lie ahead.
So let's awaken to this fresh energy by gently squeezing and releasing the muscles in your
body.
Wiggle your toes,
Move your fingers,
Roll your shoulders,
And give yourself a nice good
morning stretch.
Today is going to be beautiful.
It already is.
And as this meditation comes to a close,
Let's set one more intention together.
As we go about our day ahead,
Let's try and remember to say thank you for the moments,
The experiences,
The little things,
The big things,
The lessons,
And the journey.
Remember,
Gratitude creates gratitude.
Thank you for meditating with me today,
And a special thank you to Neil Tatar for this
song with this meditation called Gentle Steps,
Which is a further reminder to take gentle
steps with gratitude every day.
Sending you love.
