In this mindful morning meditation, you will awaken to your day by filling yourself with gratitude - physically, mentally, emotionally, and energetically. Gratitude creates gratitude. Meaning, that the more you align with gratitude, the more you will be given to be grateful for. In this practice, I will guide you through a self-loving body scan to fill yourself from head to toe with gratitude and we then move into self-reflective questions to experience the happiness gratitude brings in real-time.
