Welcome to day 6 of the 7-day self-love and confidence meditation series. In this metta meditation you will create a deeper sense of love for yourself and other beings, while radiating love and sharing your light to all whom you encounter.

Welcome to Day Six of the Self-Love and Confidence Meditation Series.
Today we're going to focus on both infusing yourself with a deeper sense of self-love and then giving that self-love and giving that love connection to the rest of the world.
As a result,
We will engage in a meta meditation that focuses on radiating love to all beings you come in contact with,
First and foremost,
Starting from within.
Just like when you're in an airplane and you are told before takeoff that you must put the mask on yourself first before giving it to a loved one or a child,
So too must you first infuse yourself with love for you,
For the being that you are.
And as you give and connect back to who you really are with love,
With openness,
With compassion,
With grace,
Then you are able to give that love to friends,
Family,
Your partner,
Your job,
And to the greater world and to all beings.
Finding a place to be comfortable and to sit at ease with peace,
Allow yourself to breathe in and out,
Coming home,
Coming back,
Returning,
Turning in,
Remembering the divine love being that is you.
Let us start with our heart chakra located right by your heart in your chest.
Chakra meeting with your heart chakra,
Located right by your heart in your chest,
Chakra meaning wheel of energy.
This is one of your main seven energy systems.
It is vibrating with love and the color associated is a deep emerald green,
Perhaps extending to a rose,
Light pink or gold.
And as you breathe in,
Imagine that pulsing,
Inhale and your heart is beating and expanding and as you exhale,
Allow it to go within.
As you inhale,
Allow your heart to radiate out and as you exhale,
Allow it to move all around your body from within.
Breathing in and breathing out love,
Compassion,
Understanding,
Knowing,
Filling your whole body with that heart chakra energy and power.
Let us begin with our heart chakra.
Let us begin right here with yourself,
Asking yourself,
How can I love myself more today?
And notice what comes up.
What would that look like?
What would that feel like?
How can I love and honor who I am right now today?
How can I show myself love?
And allow yourself to breathe that in,
Fill your body with that heart chakra energy.
And knowing that as you reconnect to yourself,
To the divine aspect of yourself,
To the divine aspect of yourself,
You can feel that your body is being filled with love and compassion.
And knowing that as you reconnect to yourself,
To the divine aspect of you,
To the love that you are and were created of,
You will have so much more to give to the world.
And so next,
I invite you to think of someone that you care for deeply,
Bring them into your heart,
And ask,
How may I show this person more love and kindness,
Compassion,
Respect,
And grace today?
And just notice what comes up,
Breathing that in and out.
And next,
I invite you to picture somebody who might be more challenging in your life.
I like to think of these people as our teachers.
See,
Every being is here to teach us something if we're open to it.
So picture one of your teachers,
Somebody that is a little more challenging for you,
And just hold them into your heart,
Asking the question,
How may I,
As a love being,
Show more compassion and love for this being?
And just sit with and breathe in and out,
And notice what comes to mind when you think of this person.
And just breathe in and out,
And notice what comes to mind,
What comes to heart.
Nothing is right or wrong,
Just being with whatever shows up,
Knowing you are being divinely led with the sole purpose to have deeper self-love and greater love for humanity.
And just breathing in and out.
And as you imagine giving love to that person,
That teacher,
And to the person you care deeply about,
I invite you to think of a wider group,
Family,
Friends,
Neighbors,
Community members.
Picture this group,
Giving yourself space and time,
And imagining what would it be like to give love to each of these people in your group.
What would that look like?
How might you do that today?
And next,
I invite you to picture the world,
Every being you encounter,
Human,
Animal,
Nature,
Knowing that what we give out comes back,
That as we ever emanate love that starts from within,
We receive love,
And it becomes a love circulation.
And so how might you show and be a greater loving force today with all beings whom you encounter?
And I invite you to think about this group,
And imagine what it would be like to be a greater loving force today with all beings whom you encounter.
Breathe in and out,
Sitting with this inquiry,
This love inquiry,
Allowing yourself to be in the possibility of deep love for yourself first and for the rest of the world.
And as you sit with and ponder how to be a loving force within you,
For you,
To others throughout you,
Emanating that gold energy all around you,
Slowly coming back to you,
To your breath,
To the life force,
That love life force that is you.
And may you remember when you see your reflection in the mirror,
When you see the light of your life force,
And you see that light of your life force,
You see that light of your life force,
And may you remember when you see your reflection in the mirror,
When you see another being today to salute to the inner divinity that is within each of us,
That is within you.
And may you salute to their being a being of love,
And may you honor first your love force,
Your higher self,
Who you are,
And from there,
Spread that love and light to every being you encounter.
May you be filled today with an inner world of love and an outer world of love.
