Feeling the ground beneath your feet or your bottom,

Connecting in to the energy of powerful Mother Earth grounding field.

Let's take a deep,

Steadying breath.

Feel your body connected to the earth,

Connected at all times.

Being grounded means anchoring your spirit in the present,

Right here,

Balanced between earth and sky,

Divine Mother,

Mother Nature,

Grandmother,

Moon,

Grandfather Sun,

The cosmos,

Body and soul.

No matter what life brings,

You can return to this place of calm,

Grounding and centered power at any time.

Allowing ourselves now to feel the earth energy of groundedness,

Being grounded.

Slowly,

Inhale through the nose.

Let your eyes soften or close.

Feel the vibration,

The earth energy move up through you.

Let yourself be supported and guided,

Connected,

And exhale,

Sigh of relief,

Knowing that life is set up in such a way that you are always grounded,

Always protected,

Always loved.

Feel this Mother Earth energy,

Cosmic,

Divine light swirl from below you and above you.

Swirling from your crown through your root all the way up,

Earth energy up to your crown,

Cosmic energy down to your root,

Creating this beautiful infinity symbol.

The two energies,

The golds and the silvers,

Mingling and merging into this beautiful pattern of infinity,

Of infinite.

Infinite grounding,

Infinite healing,

Infinite protection,

Infinite love,

Infinite goodness,

Infinite wisdom,

Infinite peace,

Infinite light,

Infinite ease.

You are infinite.

You are grounded,

Both here in body and in the ethers and soul.

Feel this,

Breathe this,
