Bring your awareness into your breath.
Let the breath be easy and natural,
Whatever that is for you.
Simply become aware of the breath and notice how the chest rises and falls as the breath comes in and out.
Notice how the belly expands with the inhale and deflates with the exhale.
Notice how the shoulders move with the breath.
Now take your awareness to the back body and notice the subtle movement of the upper back,
The middle back,
And the lower back as the breath gently moves through the body.
Now bring your awareness to the nose and notice the temperature of the air,
The coolness of the breath as it enters the body,
And the warmth of the breath as it leaves.
Release the attention on the breath now and shift your awareness to the top of your head,
The crown chakra.
Many sense this beautiful area as a shimmering violet light.
Perhaps there's a tingling or a presence there.
However you sense this area is just perfect.
Now let us invite in divine energy.
Imagine a beam of golden light streaming from the heavens above,
The light of God,
Creator,
Universe,
The great mystery,
Whatever you call it,
The energy of the power greater than self.
See that beam of golden light coming in through the crown chakra.
Now sensing a second beam of white light this time,
Streaming from heaven,
This light representing your divine holy spirit,
Welcoming this light into the crown chakra.
Now inviting in a third beam of light,
Source energy,
And however you sense this energy is just fine.
It is unique to each.
Welcome this light to join the others in the crown chakra.
Now see these three energies now braiding together,
Weaving a beautiful cord of light that tethers you to the heavens above,
Connecting you to all there is.
Drawing the cord down now,
Past the eyes,
Down the throat,
And into the heart.
Plugging into the heart center now,
And feeling deeply connected,
Feeling the heart open and expand with unconditional love.
Asking the cord now to lift you out of left analytical thinking mind and gently move you into the right,
The creative,
Imaginative,
And intuitive mind.
And notice how much space there is here,
How much room there is to play here,
And inviting the imagination to be the key to your intuition.
Imagining now the ego as an oversized old and worn out winter coat.
The sleeves are stretched out,
The hood covers the eyes,
And it hangs down below the knees.
It is heavy and bulky.
Removing the ego coat now and handing it up to the cord in three,
Two,
One.
Sensing the ego rising up the cord as if it were on an elevator,
Being carried up to the heavens to be healed and transmuted and transmuted into unconditional love that all may benefit from.
Feeling lighter now as you melt into the presence of the heart,
Your heart,
The beautiful pathway of expression where we give love,
Where we receive love,
Where we are love.
We are so very blessed to have experienced love in our lives,
And we have so many examples and evidence of love.
Call up a memory now,
Big or small,
A moment when you felt so loved,
So cherished,
And let that memory come alive,
Where you were the priority,
Where nothing mattered but the beauty of that very moment.
What did that feel like in your body?
Who was there with you?
What did that moment mean to you?
Feel the gratitude build for this memory,
And now as if you can grab a hold of the memory,
Draw it into your heart,
Tuck it into heart center.
Now,
Now call up another memory,
Big or small,
A moment when you genuinely shared love for one another,
A moment when you gave love unconditionally with the expectation of nothing in return,
A time when you were called to love without boundaries or rules,
A time when loving with all abandonment was natural and safe and precious.
What did giving love feel like in your body?
Who was there with you?
What did that moment mean to you?
What did it mean to those who you were loving?
Feel the gratitude build for this memory,
And now reach out and pull that memory into your heart,
Stack it in your heart.
Now,
Find another sacred memory,
A memory big or small,
Where you felt deeply connected to your higher power.
Perhaps it was as you witnessed a sunrise or a sunset,
Or the moment you held a newborn,
Or a moment in nature,
Or a special time with a loved one,
A moment where you felt deep peace,
Connected with divine,
A moment that you hold dear.
What did this connection feel like in your body?
Who was there with you?
What did that moment mean to you?
Feel the gratitude for the experience of that moment,
And reach out,
Draw that memory into your heart,
And stack it in there with the receiving love and the giving love,
And feel the heart expand in its fullness.
Imagine now the cord drawing the cord,
Mirroring all of this beautiful love and gratitude from heart center,
And now sensing it move down the torso,
Drawing the cord down each leg as if it were growing roots now,
Out the bottom of the feet and into Mother Earth,
Sending love and gratitude into her does to sustain us.
Connecting now to heaven below,
Just as you're tethered to heaven above,
And reveling in a beautiful flow of energy moving through you as a gift,
Connecting to all there is.
It is here we say thank you,
Thank you,
Thank you,
And so it is.
Deepening the breath now,
As you come back into your body,
Bringing some gentle movements into your fingers and your toes as you begin to wake up,
And opening your eyes when you're ready to come all the way back to now,
To enjoy,
I mean really enjoy,
The rest of your day.
