Lying or resting comfortably in any position that brings you comfort,
You may find that you will benefit most when your spine is in an upright position and your arms and legs are uncrossed,
Keeping all of your energy channels open and flowing.
Do not listen to this track if you're driving,
Operating machinery or doing anything other than resting in a quiet place.
So get really comfortable and just rest there and any time that you feel you need to make adjustments to your posture,
Go ahead and do so,
As that will simply take you deeper into the process of refreshing your body,
Mind and spirit.
Bring your awareness into your breath and notice the natural inhale and exhale of the breath.
There's no need to change the breath or deepen the breath,
Just become aware of the breath.
And as you do so,
You may notice the coolness of the breath as it enters into your body and the warmth of it as it leaves.
And as you continue to breathe and relax,
Breathe and relax,
Breathe and relax,
Give yourself permission to be here in this moment,
Enjoying the experience of simply breathing and relaxing.
There's nowhere else you need to be in this moment,
Nothing else you need to be doing,
Taking this time just for you to reconnect,
Plug in and recharge all of your cells,
Systems and pathways so vitally important to your health and well-being.
Now imagine that as you inhale,
You can draw in a cleansing white cloud of breath.
As it enters in,
You may feel it begin to gather up the day's clutter of the mind,
And as you exhale,
You may notice that it leaves your body on a dark cloud and feel lighter.
Inhale pure white cloud of breath,
Gather any lingering frustrations,
Disagreements,
Situations that may be inhibiting your thought process.
Exhale and let it go on the breath.
Inhale white light,
Exhale everything that no longer serves you or your purpose at this time.
Inhaling white light,
Gathering any hurts,
Discomforts in the physical,
Mental or emotional planes of the body,
And exhale that dark cloud,
Becoming lighter still.
Inhale pristine white light,
And exhale anything negative or lower frequency that bogs you down,
Feeling lighter with every breath,
Knowing that any energy that you exhale out to the universe will be transmuted and returned to positive and loving energy.
Allow yourself to breathe in that white light,
And notice that the more you breathe,
The lighter your exhale becomes,
Until all you're inhaling and exhaling is beautiful white light,
Cool breath coming in,
And a warm breath going out.
Now draw your awareness into your heart,
Imagining that the heart itself can breathe,
And as your heart breathes and beats,
Breathes and beats,
Breathes and beats,
You may notice that the heart beats all on its own,
Without you telling it to do anything,
But its gentle and persistent beat and breath know exactly what to do.
In every moment,
And you may even begin to feel safe and comforted by the automatic and rhythmic beat and breath,
And perhaps you may even realize that the center of strength leads you to a deeper connection within yourself,
And possibly all there is,
As you notice that it is safe to feel the truth of your connection,
You may allow love to grow,
Blossom,
And bloom within your being.
It is possible to feel even more deeply connected when you empower yourself to exercise compassion inwardly,
As well as outwardly,
And while you are planting love,
Peace has a chance to come to you.
And while you are planting love,
Peace has a chance to emerge,
And strength takes root as it listens to the inner callings of your heart.
So take a moment now,
And simply listen,
And trust that as you rest here,
All of your systems will recalibrate,
Rejuvenate,
And refresh in a way that's perfectly appropriate for you.

Balanced and refreshed,
