Make yourself comfortable.
Gently close your eyes and come fully into your breath,
Letting your breath be easy and natural,
Whatever that is for you.
Allow your body to relax and rest easy as you give in to the sweetness of this moment.
As we breathe here together,
We invite in and awaken our divine essence through divine connection.
We invite in God-consciousness first.
Imagine a beam of light streaming from the heavens down through the top of the head into the crown chakra.
And however you sense this happening is just perfect.
Simply invite and allow.
Next,
We invite in Christ-consciousness as a second beam of light entering into the top of the head right at the crown,
Welcoming in this light just as it comes.
Simply invite and allow.
And now a third beam of light,
The divine Holy Spirit,
In through the crown of the head.
Imagine all of these beautiful light energies braiding together now,
Weaving one cord of connection,
Tethering you to the heavens above.
Now let's invite this divine connection deeper within.
As we ask the cord to lift us out of the left analytical,
Overthinking,
Worrying mind,
And gently place us into the right brain,
The expansive,
Imaginative,
Intuitive mind.
The mind where we experience our divine essence,
Where we connect deeply to all there is.
Where we consciously co-create our reality,
Where our senses beyond our senses are expanded,
Where we clearly see,
Hear,
Feel,
And know our truth.
Inviting even deeper now as you draw the cord down past the eyes,
Feeling the eyes soften past the nose,
Feeling the jaw relax down the throat now,
And into the heart.
Plugging in and installing right into the heart,
Welcoming the divine connection connection in heart center now.
It is here we call upon the cord to lift away any layers of ego that may be preventing you from experiencing your true self,
Your divine expression,
Your divine essence.
Lifting away any layers or masks that are worn in order to survive in different situations and relationships that are no longer serving you.
Lifting away anything that is old and worn out and no longer necessary.
Allowing the cord to transmute,
To heal,
To transform all that you release into unconditional love.
We often have many layers here,
So lift away all that is ripe and ready to go.
And as you let go,
Feel grace enter in.
Divine assistance to regenerate and recalibrate our connection with the cord.
Deeply feeling the heart now.
We choose to operate from this place of connection,
This place of inner knowing,
The authentic and purest part of our existence.
Here we invite the cord to work through us,
That we may be an extension of the cord,
To be the eyes,
The ears,
The voice,
The hands and the feet in all we do,
All we say,
And all we be today.
We welcome the flow of divine essence through us,
So that all those who we meet may benefit from love's purest delight.
