Welcome,

I invite you to come into your breath.

Let your eyes close as you arrive into the awareness of the present moment,

The here and the now.

Let your exhale be just a little bit longer than your inhale as you settle into the rest and repair mode of relaxation.

It's here we're going to invite the divine energies of God Consciousness,

Christ Consciousness,

And Divine Holy Spirit.

Imagine this beautiful connection as a beam of light coming down through the top of the head,

Lifting us out of the left brain,

Out of that busy,

Overanalyzing,

Overthinking monkey mind,

And gently placing us into the right,

Into the creative,

The imaginative,

And the intuitive mind.

It's here where we connect to our intuition,

Where we create,

And where we can find clarity in all things.

So just noticing how much space is here,

How much freedom there is here.

Deeply inviting the divine light down now,

Connecting right into heart center,

Opening the heart,

And feeling the heart expand in awareness,

Allowing the light to dissolve and disintegrate any layers of ego that prevent the flow of love,

Of abundance and beauty.

Opening fully in love now,

Opening to all there is in unity,

Feeling the flow of energy in this deeply connected state of awareness.

In this moment,

We're going to reflect on the day you've lived without judgment,

Just observation.

When the answers come to your heart,

Give thanks and release them to the wind.

What did you do really well today?

What are you really proud of?

What made you happy or feel satisfied?

What made you laugh today?

What quality are you most grateful for within yourself?

Pause here as we reflect on these beautiful attributes.

Maybe it's a strength or a gift or a talent.

Just notice what comes to your heart or your mind.

There's no ego here honoring and recognizing the qualities that we appreciate within ourselves,

Just acknowledgement and gratitude.

Gratitude for our abilities or our gifts that not only benefit us,

But also benefit the world around us.

So,

What do you really love about yourself or respect or admire about yourself?

How did that character trait serve you today?

How did that quality benefit you today?

How did it serve others?

Is this a quality you'd like to tap into just a little bit more?

Let's thank that quality and let it drift on the wind in gratitude.

Now,

In your mind's eye,

As if you were watching your day like a movie reel in front of you,

Do a quick scan and reflection of the whole day.

How were you in service of others today?

Who did you impact?

Who did you help?

Who did you serve?

There may be one,

There may be many.

Simply notice the day unfold in front of you.

And when you've got that movie reel of the day,

Just notice how you feel in that reflection.

How does it feel to help,

To serve,

To assist,

To support?

How does it feel in your heart?

We're just observing and discerning here.

Does it feel good to help?

Does it feel exhausting to help?

Just notice.

If you're having trouble finding something,

Just look a little closer.

For some,

It may actually be physically helping someone else,

Using their hands,

Their gifts,

Or their talents.

And for others,

It may be holding the door for someone at the bank,

Or chatting to a grumpy cashier,

Phoning a friend,

Or just smiling at a stranger on the sidewalk.

Sometimes we go through life so busy,

So self-absorbed,

That we actually forget the impact that we have.

We do our days on autopilot and are not aware of the impact we have on the world around us.

In this moment,

Remember that you don't have a soul,

You are a soul.

I am a soul,

You are a soul,

Everyone is a soul.

And as we go through our day,

We are simply souls connecting with souls connecting with souls.

We're learning,

Or assisting,

Or helping,

Or serving,

Or growing,

Or expanding each in our own way.

And every single interaction we have,

Big or small,

Long or short,

Is impactful.

It has meaning.

You are valuable,

You are needed,

You are necessary.

And you're doing a perfect job,

Just as you are.

And you're exactly where you were meant to be.

You are showing up just as you're meant to show up.

There'll be days when we feel stronger and more confident,

And more self-assured,

Or feel that we are in the right place,

When we're doing the right thing.

And there'll be days where we may question ourselves,

Or we may feel like we falter,

Or maybe just don't give it a hundred percent.

And yet,

It is all perfect and beautiful,

Just as it is,

Just as you are.

Because even in our imperfect,

Even in our heavy and hard days,

We are learning,

And we are growing,

And providing other souls the opportunity to assist us,

Even as we assist them.

So it keeps the world in balance,

In check.

When I struggle,

You shine.

When you shine,

I struggle.

And that's perfect.

There's beauty even in the chaos.

There's beauty in the flow of it all.

We've come together.

We've met not by coincidence,

But by purpose,

For a reason.

And even if we haven't yet discovered what that reason is,

We can trust and believe and know that in this moment,

In this day,

We've shown up,

And we've done a fine job.

Everything is as it's meant to be.

Everything is as it's meant to be.

So it's here we say the universe is in divine order.

The universe is in divine order.

The universe is in divine order.

So be it.

So be it.

And so it is.

Take a nice deep breath now,

And come back into your body.

Bring some tiny movements back into your feet,

As we send some roots down,

Growing out the bottom of our feet into Mother Earth,

Giving her thanks and gratitude for all that she does to support us,

To sustain us,

To nurture us,

And to assist us on our journey.

We are one with nature,

And nature is one with us.

We are not separate,

But we are symbiotic,

All benefiting from each other.

It's here we say thank you,

Thank you,

Thank you.
