Find a comfortable seat,

Sit with a tall spine,

Close your eyes and get really really comfortable.

Take a few deep breaths,

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

Arrive in the present moment,

You are here where nothing else matters.

Let go of the day thus far,

Let go of the tension in your shoulders,

Let go of your to-do list,

Let go,

Just focus on the moment.

Today I want to invite you into your inner sanctuary,

Your inner world,

Your inner universe,

The place that you always have with you,

Where you are safe,

Where you are loved,

Where you are nurtured.

This is the place where you can always come back to,

To connect with whoever you want,

With your guides,

With your inner child.

And with the wise old version of yourself,

You can meet everyone you want in this beautiful place,

Where you will be safe,

Loved and connected.

Now imagine yourself stepping through a door of light,

White beautiful light,

Into your heart,

You arrive in a wonderful place.

It is warm,

You feel a soft breeze on your skin,

You take a deep breath in through your nose and out through your mouth.

You feel your whole body relaxing and you are on a beautiful meadow in your inner sanctuary,

Your inner world.

You see a forest in the furrow,

You hear the birds chirping,

You see them flying around you and you know instantly that you are home,

You are safe,

You can smell the fresh air and you know that this place,

Your inner universe,

Is what you can create day to day and every second and you can change whatever you want.

Imagine the most comfortable sofa just right in front of you,

Right there in nature,

In the grass in front of you,

You can just sit down on it,

You can imagine a Greek cold refreshing water just right next to you.

This place is yours,

You can imagine a beach,

Just be there any second with beautiful white sand waves coming in and out.

This inner world is completely yours,

It can change any second and any time you come you can make it as comfortable,

As nurturing and as loving as you want,

It is completely yours.

You can imagine yourself being on a fireplace surrounded by the elders,

Imagine yourself on the top of a mountain looking over the world and feeling the crisp cold air,

Seeing a sunrise,

A sunset,

This place is everything you want.

Now take a deep breath,

Soak in the magic of this place that is completely yours and with the next breath out release all the stress,

Smile and when you are ready come back to the here and now and know that you can come back to this wonderful place at any time.

Start to wriggle your fingers,

Roll your shoulders,

Make the movement that feels good and gently open your eyes when you are ready.
