So finding your posture,
Whatever that posture is,
Sitting,
Lying down,
Standing,
Walking,
Driving.
Driving.
Taking a few breaths,
Connecting to the earth.
Connecting to your body,
Your breath.
Connecting to one another.
Taking a few breaths.
And then maybe just checking in on what is your mood today?
No judgment,
No worries,
Whatever is here is just here and is welcome.
And what is here?
Is there kindness,
Connectedness?
Or is there grumpiness,
Aversiveness?
And whatever is here,
Just taking a few moments to turn towards whatever mood with kindness,
With curiosity,
With real love and understanding.
And just being like that's just what's here.
And just being like that's just what's here.
And just being like that's just what's here.
And maybe in that turning towards just adding a little bit more kindness,
More acceptance.
Knowing that the attitude we cultivate during our meditation practice is the attitude that we take away from our practice.
And just being like that's just what's here.
And just being like that's just what's here.
So this cultivation of kindness towards the wandering mind or kindness towards grumpiness or stress or planning or rumination or fear or concern or any of those things.
The kind approach towards whatever is happening in this moment in our own experience.
That's what becomes our portable practice.
That's what we take away.
And just being like that's just what's here.
Thank you.
Thank you.
