Take a deep breath in.
And then breathe out and feel your body and your being coming into this space.
Take another deep breath in and then a long,
Slow,
Purposeful out breath,
Calming the whole system,
Beautiful way to soothe and calm the vagus nerve,
Which really brings the body back into balance very quickly.
So in any moment that we want to quickly find ourselves coming back to our centre,
Reconnecting,
Realigning,
Soothing our system,
We just stop,
Pay attention to where we are,
Feel the connection to where you are,
At this earth,
This life,
And gravity is holding you and supporting you.
And truly feel that fall back into the wings of angels.
Just feel like you can really let go,
Let go.
Focus on your body,
Go down to your feet and ankles and just see if there's any tension there and then drop the tension,
Relax it,
Ease it away.
Then come up the calves,
The shins,
And all the way to the knees.
Think about how the knees absorb the shock of every step we take.
We send a loving message to the knees and then let the knees fall apart a little bit and notice what you're feeling behind the knees.
Soften that space,
Relax the upper legs,
The strong muscles and into your hips.
Feel the balance of your body,
The left and the right side of you.
And hold yourself here,
Present and in this moment.
Soften your tummy,
Relax your chest,
Your shoulders drop,
Drop a little bit,
All the burdens slide off the shoulders,
Nothing to hold on to now.
This is the time just for you.
Let your arms feel heavy all the way down to the tips of the fingers.
Then relax your jaw,
Soften the energy and muscles around the mouth and the eyes and the forehead and even the scalp.
Imagine that you are smoothing this from deep within you.
Keep smoothing it out.
The more we do this,
The easier it is for our eyes to rest a little deeper into the cradles of the sockets.
Then breathe into this beautiful relaxed energy that you've got going now,
Signalling into this mind and body that you can come back to this perfect alignment by simply breathing,
Stopping and breathing.
Beautiful breath of life in flow and a long slow out breath.
We do about three of those really clear letting go,
Release,
Let God,
Let go.
And each time we feel like we're soothing and comforting this being,
We thank this amazing being,
This body that can feel so much of this life.
Feel all the interactions.
We thank this mind and body for being such a perfect interface between our light being that part of us that always is eternally is and then this human life and the expression of ourself,
The connections and the collisions with all those around us.
We see this body so skilled at holding a space between.
And think about the space between because it is here that all potential lies.
If you can imagine where you're resting right now and imagine that that is like floating on a beautiful comforting body of water that is such a beautiful temperature that you can simply float upon it as if you're on one of those little floating devices,
That's how easy it is to float upon this beautiful body of water.
Become aware that the more you relax your tummy,
Relax your arms and relax your being,
The more buoyant you seem to become.
And when we feel we are being held by this beautiful body of water,
Feel the coolness that we can imagine just behind us,
The bottom part of our body.
And imagine the sunlight pouring down upon you and you can feel the warmth on your face and the shoulders that are sticking out and your tummy and your knees and your feet.
And the part of us that is just poking itself out of the water,
Feel the warmth.
And become aware that this body is holding a space between,
Between this which is wet and cool and liquid and that which is dry and warm and air.
And we can hold ourselves so perfectly comfortably right between the two spaces.
Bring that idea back to this moment of awareness of this body being just like that.
The body holds the space between these two elements,
Two energies,
Two properties.
We know how to be in the space between to feel one and feel the other and feel them at the same time.
Trust your beautiful body to know how to assimilate this information.
If we were bobbing on water floating and just moving up and down,
This liquid would be lepping over the body and sometimes we would feel a little bit more immersed in the water.
And other moments when we breathe in deeply we would seem to bob upwards towards the sunlight and the warmth,
The dryness.
And as we breathe out we come back down,
A little bit more water coming over our chest and knees.
But all the time we just stay very relaxed here.
That it's so easy for us to have this full realisation of what is,
What is.
And there is no doing in this at all.
Notice that there is no doing at all.
In fact the less you do,
The better this is.
The more you can float and the more you can feel and the easier it is for your mind,
Body being to integrate this information.
Where are you in time,
Space,
In this reality?
Where are you right now?
This beautiful being does this and there is nothing we have to do to make this work.
This system,
This human body knows how to integrate and understand,
To process and the less I do,
The more I can pay attention to how remarkable this truly is.
Begin to soothe your brow again deeper,
Deeper now.
Letting all the thoughts of what we should do and pursue move into this idea of the body of water around you.
Just soothe it and let it blend into the space around you.
It will be there and you can connect with it at any time but for now there is no holding on to anything,
Just a deep relaxation of being present and holding your energy.
And the more we relax,
We understand that this beautiful heart is beating.
Become aware that you are not making yourself breathe but you are being breathed.
And notice that all the systems in your body are functioning and there is nothing that you have to do right now for that to be.
This body is taking care of itself.
Ask your mind that wants to be so involved in everything to adjust to the idea that everything is being taken care of and I am present in that awareness because I am calm,
Soothed and relaxed.
Just breathe and relax.
Wonderful view.
Every time a thought comes in,
Just breathe into it.
Acknowledge it and breathe out and let it go into this body of consciousness.
Later on we can find it there,
It's not gone.
We are just making a little bit more space around ourself to feel the flow,
The ease and the grace.
Imagine that this is like a rhythm,
An ebb and flow,
Something flows in,
We simply breathe into it and let it flow out.
As you breathe into it,
So your body rises up and receives more of the sunlight and the warmth and comfort.
And as you breathe it out,
You release and let it go into this body of water that is around you.
Celebrate in your mind this amazing body that we have to be in,
To have a life experience,
To feel,
To connect.
And thank your beautiful body for knowing how to do that.
And we think it is our mind that knows how to do that,
But that is not truth.
Our systems are operating perfectly and the whole body being is a system.
If we went to sleep and the mind became still,
This entire system still continues to work.
And when we wake up,
The mind will pick up where it left off and it will start again thinking it's in control,
But it's not.
Bring your awareness to that idea and drop again into this moment.
I am being breathed.
I am being held.
I am being taken care of.
This life holds me and supports me in the most awesome way.
I rest within this space,
Filling myself with ease and grace.
Bring your awareness to your hips and the base of your body.
Feel the balance and the strength of your being.
I am balanced.
I am strong.
I understand I have a left and a right because I perceive myself from my centre.
Know what an immense gift that is to perceive yourself from your centre.
Know that you are holding a left and a right and two different energy systems,
Both to work well and to integrate require them to be in harmony.
Focus now on your right hip,
On the right side of your body.
And we call this our masculine energy,
Our doing and activating,
Pursuing,
Creating and generating energy.
It's a very strong,
Wonderful energy to hold because it helps us to make things happen,
To show up,
To be purposeful.
Our body knows how to operate in this system very,
Very well.
The body knows when to flood our awareness with the right hormones to give us just enough stress to bring about action within us,
To activate our field.
Become aware of your centre,
Your solar plexus and hold the space there.
Know that it is from your centre,
Your adrenal system that your body helps you to operate into any system,
Giving us everything we need to bring us into that place of activation or rest and relaxation.
There is nothing you have to do.
Think about the mind that runs in the ideas of I must and I should and I have to and place that idea that the mind is simply making a list that's note-taking and that's all it's doing.
It truly is not running the show.
See that part of you that wishes to create and make happen,
Create lists and goo and activate,
See it happening anyway.
Even right now while you are resting,
Your mind wishing to take control but the body is relaxing so the mind could push and push and push and push as much as it wants.
But the part of our body that knows that this will bring and restore balance to our being is claiming this time for you now.
Claim it with your mind as well.
Send a message to your mind that says we will get to all the projects,
We will get to everything we are to accomplish and fulfil and complete,
We will get to all of it.
But right now I am tapping into my higher resources so that this body,
This interface can truly assimilate the information from everywhere around me and process it to the best of its ability.
Soothe the mind and the thought systems with that awareness.
I am bringing balance to me so that I can receive guidance and inspiration so that when I do connect to this work,
I have assimilated and gathered everything I need,
Not from what is around me but from higher guidance,
From intuition and insight,
Creativity.
And then I will use that and activate my being.
But for now I need to gather.
As you rest,
Think about gathering,
Gathering information that is beyond what we can imagine.
We can read endless books,
Listen to endless experts,
But all of that knowledge is within and around us.
All that knowledge was given to someone who wrote it down or spoke about it.
That knowledge was made accessible to them and they shared it.
No one is the expert.
All downloads of information have come from higher guidance.
We have the ability to tap directly into that without giving any of our power away to any other being who assumes that their wisdom came from themselves.
What an obnoxious thought.
Comfort your body that you are gathering and that you are tapping into your higher awareness.
Bring your awareness to the left side of your body.
Here at the left side of your being,
The feminine energy,
The creative,
Intuitive,
The part of us that is designed to tap into higher guidance,
To insight,
To that which we have not yet known and understood.
There is so much more available to us.
It is that part of us that is able to tap into the quantum field,
To process at 14 million bits per second so rapidly that we cannot even begin to think that fast.
Imagine that you are switching on that part of your body now as you relax deeply into the left hip,
Left shoulder and let the whole left side of your body feel held and supported.
Send a message to this beautiful being,
I am supporting my entire energy system to access the highest availability of my potential,
To harness the full capacity of what can come towards me to enrich my life journey.
Everything is available to us when we know how to bring ourselves into this place of balance and reconnection.
We become the experts as we receive the guidance.
Things begin to flow and open up.
Creativity opens up in the most surprising and amazing way.
It is beyond what we can perceive and understand from our right-brained conditioned internal energy system.
Think about your right brain,
Your right side of your body,
Your left side of your brain.
Think about that part of your body as being the note-taker,
The list-maker.
Simply going to take note of what it is that is coming in from that higher awareness.
We have been programmed through fear and control to not rely upon this part of our being,
To give all our energy away,
To drop into that conditional energy where we have to rely and depend on something outside of us for it to happen.
It is simply a manipulation of control.
We have the control and the full,
Complete capacity within the system.
This mind,
This body,
This being knows how to access it.
We just have to remember.
The first part of remembering is remembering who we are.
We are divine beings of light and love.
We are here on a journey of awakening.
Everything that is coming into our life is for us if we could only see that.
Everything has the potential to bring about all that is for us.
There is no right and wrong,
Good or bad.
It does not exist.
There is not even a left and a right side of the body.
It is one harmonious system.
The one feeds the other in this endless beautiful infinity wave,
This flowing energy just like we see in nature.
For ease of understanding,
We bring our awareness to a left and a right,
Awareness of two different frequencies,
Two different operating systems.
But in fact,
They are one operating system.
Imagine how confusing it would be for you to have two operating systems in your computer.
Assimilating all the different information would be very difficult.
We wouldn't know where it was.
It's exactly the same for us.
We are one divinely inspired system.
We know how to work within the system when we remember who we are.
When we are processing with our data,
Our gathering of information,
All the data that we collect,
All that which is put into the system is the information.
It is the expression of the right side of the body,
The left brain,
The data,
The collection.
But we stay and we play in that and we wonder why life is so hard.
We think that's the only system.
Imagine now in your workplace that you can see how you can operate within a different way.
You can collect all the data from your activated clear thinking,
Masculine energy.
You can process it.
You can bring it in.
You can talk.
You can bring in experts,
Lots of advice.
You can do all of the data,
The gathering.
You can do that.
Know how well you can do that,
All your research.
It's fabulous.
And imagine you take all of that information and you simply put it into the system which is a huge computer,
Able to compute way beyond what any computer on this earth is able to do.
But we stay in that little space which is only the first step.
And so see yourself now reprogramming your awareness of how you work and be and how you can claim your energy in a full whole wonderful way.
Bring the information in.
You know how to do that research.
You know how to do that.
Now imagine your entire system,
Your entire being.
You drop this energy into it.
Drop all that which you have accumulated and as we drop this into the system,
Now is the time to let go of it.
The mind does not want to let go because it thinks this is its only job.
The magic is going to happen in the space between.
We place ourselves in the place between.
Come into the place of rest as we have now created.
The image of floating upon the water.
Come into that place.
See all the information and data that you have accumulated in your mind by the being and so much more of it also in the body of water around you as if you are floating in it.
It is all here.
It is all available.
And we can access it with great ease.
Pulling from that data and all those resources with such ease.
The ease comes from the quiet mind.
No more searching for data.
No more agonizing.
No need to show or approve or no need for approval from anyone outside of you.
This is your system,
Your computation.
It is you.
And there you are holding your space with all of this that you know.
The mind is going to say let's get up and let's make it happen.
But the mind has already given you the way to access the first step.
And now you rest.
And you trust.
And you let go.
And you begin to float in this body of consciousness.
Float within the awareness.
There is nothing to do.
And as much as the side of our being that wants to activate us,
We just keep thanking it for what it has already given and say to it,
Thank you,
I am going to assimilate it now from my higher self,
The other part of my system that can see and compute from a much higher capacity.
Rest now.
Every time you feel a little scrunching up into your tummy,
Must do,
Must pursue,
Must achieve.
Breathe into it and train your system to go out of high alert.
Breathe into it,
Relax yourself down.
We are simply reprogramming our system.
We do not want to operate in one system,
One line of functioning.
We are teaching our being to relax in between,
To be able to feel the space of the water and the air in one place,
Through one space.
Keep breathing and relaxing and deepening.
Come back and train and train and train yourself with your awareness.
We know what it is like for the body to jump into activation,
The need for that,
We know the signals.
We can feel the agitation in our body,
The typing in our stomach,
The tension of our jaw.
We know what our signals are.
Focus on your signal,
Breathe into it and say yes we will,
But not just yet.
We have not finished assimilating and accumulating and we have not opened ourselves yet to the full potential.
We do not want to start anything until we have got the immense picture that is available,
Not just one little tiny bit.
If we become satisfied with one tiny little bit,
We will only walk three or four steps and then we will feel as if we have hit a door or a wall again.
It is because we did not wait.
We need to assimilate and get it all.
The only way to do this is to switch off that part of the brain that wants to do and achieve and activate.
And the only way to do that is to be mindful of it and then lovingly remind it,
You have done a superb job.
Now relax,
Relax until the next step comes because then we are going to really really work in a whole wonderful new way.
But relax for now,
Have a little break.
And the more we do this and the more we comfort our beautiful being and bring ourselves to still point quietness,
The easier it becomes until that part of us decides to give us a break and take a break.
When you feel yourself coming into this point of your being,
Help your mind and body to know how to come back to this space rapidly with a simple mind-body signal.
Take the middle finger of your left hand and put that middle finger into your belly button.
Take the middle finger of the right hand and put it on the third eye between the eyebrows.
As you're connecting here,
You are connecting your central meridian,
The center of you.
It is from our center position that we understand everything that is around us and beyond us.
From the smallest,
Tiniest cell deep within us to all the expanse of all that is around us.
From a center point,
Feel now as if you are reconnecting with this mind-body signal as something you can do to quickly bring yourself back into this point.
The quicker we find ourselves being able to come to a point of absolute stillness and centering,
The easier it is to process.
We become experts at operating our own system.
Gently pull them both up simultaneously and imagine you are locking in this information,
Zipping it up from one to another,
Locking it in.
That when I find myself wishing to come to the centered,
Clear,
Aligned,
Balanced position of being,
That then I am able to assimilate all information,
Integrate it through the interface of this beautiful body,
Mind-being and to do this life with more ease,
Flow and grace.
Take a deep breath in,
Relax your arms,
Relax your whole body and be very still there now.
Just breathe and be absolutely still.
This being knows how to do its life.
Trust you,
Trust this life,
Trust your energy.
It is all perfect.
As you rest into the space now,

Yeah Just feel this energy now around you You imagine how an atom holds the energy field around us as we draw that Imagine that this is your field strong and flowing and open glowing Swirling and spiraling accessing way beyond your human form Allow yourself to absolutely rest in that This beam knows The journey we are taking is of immense significance Beyond the performance of our human endeavors Every interaction Is an opportunity to increase our awareness To choose with all our heart and to recreate in the potential that is In the space that you are in now ask your being your creative inspired being To See the feeling pictures ideas thoughts to feel those and connect them in Place them in as if we are plugging in an extra little bit of information into this being See your family See where you live Feel the place of your work Feel the openness and the clarity the flow the ease the lightness Feel the sense of peace Allow your system to understand what it is that you are seeking because then it can seek that Feel what your heart already knows and longs for It only longs for it because it is already available and it is trying to steer you towards it It is not something outside of us because then we would never have received the message for it Every Picture that you hold in your being Every feeling of expansiveness openness light love and wellness Those are your memories awakening you This already Exists we can not dream or visualize something that is not already being given to us That is not already in the potential There is nothing outside of our potential Because if it was we could not receive that information it just would not register Whatever is coming in Connecting into you that is you that is for you Become very certain now as you bring those memories those feelings into the connection of the solar plexus Know that it is already there It is our activation and opening of our energy towards it that opens into our electromagnetic field and draws it towards us We hold such an immense electromagnetic field that is fully charged and amplified by what our heart desires See all of the things that you would love to bring in And then we think about why is that Why is it that we think of the things that are filled with the thriving in energy of potential and happiness?
And fullness completion It's because that energy is what we are all seeking to come into We have to individually in our own unique sovereign way awaken it in us to open the energy charged through the heart through the soul and To bring it into this field to make it possible for all beings Whatever we are willing to give ourselves in this life that is fulfilling our potential Whatever we are willing to give and bring in of that That becomes available for all life.
We are interconnected If we wish the very very best for all beings all life We Must give it to ourself first Because we are the generators on an energy field that brings in the creative field through us It is not us it is through us But we must hold it and harness it and agree to it and trust that we are the ones to hold it So that it can show up What a wonderful gift this will be if all life upon this earth got that message And we all stopped playing in the game that we're in right now We see ourselves as powerful beautiful strong aligned clear beings of light and love We are being guided and directed and urged to step into all that which fulfills us The closer we come to the crescendo point of this which is where we are now the louder the contrast seems The more we are going to see the difficult personalities and the struggles the more we will see this conflict The reason for that is that the contrast helps us to see Contrast reveals truth Every time we see the things that are disruptive and difficult Drop into your heart ask your heart,
But what would I choose and Bend with all your heart choose and create that Even if it is just one second of holding that feeling it becomes available in the energy field Our ability to choose to activate our free will truly is the greatest gift that we hold We are more powerful than we can ever imagine Ask your beautiful being to remember this May this energy come into you and the awareness come into you with great ease and flow May you begin to see yourself as a powerful activator of energy that holds a unique space in a sovereign being We are like facets on a massive day You hold and clear that facet that is yours the window through which you see this life Clear it and make it as sparkly as you can And I'll do mine and each of us will do our own And that is the way we are going to heal everything around us one beautiful diamond vibration of light and love Let yourself truly see that let it bring immense comfort to you It's time for us to re-see,

Re-calibrate and re-connect It's absolutely essential to be in this life Let's re-think,
Re-calibrate and re-connect its absolute time Celebrate all contrasts coming in,
All conflicts coming in now Because it is pointing the way for us with such immense certainty and clarity Every time we see something that is of a distorted energy,
Find the energy of coherence and hold it for you And that's how we are going to create the switch Just one healthy cell in the body of all that is One cell getting the message,
One being at a time getting this message So we can realign and reconnect Such an important time that we are here,
No mistake that we are here now As you rest into that now,
Allow yourself to continue to hold this for as long as you can Allow yourself to feel the stillness And know that it is in the stillness that you are restoring the balance of your system to operate at its optimal levels So amazing is this What a wonderful journey this is May you truly be blessed,
