The Sword of Truth

Reaching for Life is what we learn when we mark that moment of the out-breath and then agree to breathe more life once again into this Being as we take the next breath. The potential of the significance of the breath that sustains our life is noteworthy. Life is waiting for me to choose it. Let your breath show you the way. We clear the patterns and debris that have been cluttering our way forwards. It is time to step into our absolute Truth and our Unique Being.

Take a deep breath into this beautiful being and reconnect to that breath that we are connecting into now,

That breath of abundance,

Flow,

Claiming,

Connecting.

And let your body be very aware that you are consciously breathing,

Pulling into your being abundance,

Flow,

Ease,

Wellness.

And then consciously releasing,

Letting go,

Everything you don't need anymore.

And when you do your next out breath,

Try and mark an awareness where you come right to the end of that out breath.

You're squeezing your ribs together and really pressing out that last bit of air.

And when you get to that point where there's nothing left,

Wait there as long as you can,

Until your entire being asks you please to reach for life,

Please give me life,

Give me air.

And notice what happens when you agree to that.

Mark that moment very clearly in your mind body.

Imagine that you could put a signpost here that says here at this point I agree to be completely free of all the tightness and all the debris and the clutter,

The drama and the karma that no longer serves me.

I hold myself accountable for releasing and letting this go so that the next breath can easily come into me clear,

Uncluttered,

Untainted,

A refreshing new breath of life filled with potential,

Possibility,

Expansion.

And when that breath comes in,

Breathe it in fully,

Abundantly.

Open your ribs,

Open your throat,

Open your crown and really bring that signal in.

And then do it again as you breathe out.

Get to the squeezing,

Get to the end point,

Note it very well.

I have released and let go of everything that no longer is needing in my being.

And I'm doing this under the insurance that the breath of life is waiting for me to choose it.

I'm not keeping one tiny little bit just in case,

Not holding on to one little morsel,

One little souvenir,

Letting it absolutely go.

So that when I choose the next breath,

I simply drop through the tightness and the breath of life comes flowing into me,

It's already here.

Notice that the breath of life is always here and you can continue to breathe in and breathe in.

And when you think you've breathed in everything you can,

Pause a moment and ask yourself,

But is there more?

And if there is more,

Open your capacity to reach for that.

Even if it's just a tiny sip more of air,

Allow yourself to reach for that.

We are recoding through this breath,

Mind,

Body and this beautiful being the energy of welcoming and abundance and flow,

Potential possibility.

And we are encoding in this being our ability with every single breath to immediately release and let go everything that no longer serves us.

There is nothing we need to hold on to because the next breath that comes in is so clean and clear and refreshing that I need not hold on to anything just in case.

Ask your mind,

Body to understand this and all the levels and layers that will make it simpler for us to reconnect to a higher vibrational field.

And the simple breath,

Paying attention.

Wonderful you.

And now let your breath just wander off into that place where this whole beautiful being knows how to take care of itself.

But the coding in the mind is there and you can activate it at any time when you wish to just stop and breathe properly again.

Breathe deeply,

Release deeply.

Well done.

While we rest in this space and the breath takes care of itself and we trust that there will be so much more than I could ever grasp.

I thank this beautiful mortal frame of mine,

My beautiful body,

My senses,

My feelings and all the experiences and all those who've come into my life and every role that they have played.

I understand it clearly.

In this higher awareness I see myself in this life and in the process of this life and I allow myself the luxury of seeing my entire journey from a little higher up.

That I can witness me in my life path and I can witness those who've come banging on my door as messengers and because they have been banging on my door I've had to pay attention and I'm paying attention now.

What is the message that they really want me to get and why haven't I got that message before?

And see yourself now as being the one who is no longer in denial,

Deception,

Distraction.

That awareness of yourself a little higher up,

Higher perspective,

Looking at your life.

Just rest here.

Everything that has been part of my life journey has been nudging me towards awareness.

I'm willing to see every aspect of my life journey and I see it with the sense of compassion and kindness to this beautiful mortal being that has been so willing to feel.

We thank this beautiful being that it has been able to feel so deeply.

The deeper we can feel the deeper we can heal.

Bring your awareness to your beautiful heart and think about what your heart has known and felt and experienced.

Think about the heart ache,

The aching and the longing and thank your beautiful heart for being willing to feel this so deeply.

The deeper we go with this,

The deeper we can go with the healing from the space of the heart.

We are cracking open the space,

The heart breaks,

Why does it break?

It cracks open,

Lets the light come in.

We access ancient pathways and painful trails of heartache,

Despair,

Longing.

For every woman and every child,

Every man in your line and into your ancient pathways,

Whatever you have known inside of this and whatever has been experienced and created an imprint,

Thank your beautiful being for holding this,

Marking it,

And bringing you a reminder now.

With all our love now,

We use the access of the heart and this higher perspective and we use the compassion that we feel for our own mortal form,

For all its sadness and heartache and longing,

All its pain and despair.

As if we were looking at our own beautiful child,

This mortal form is the sweet,

Gullible child that is willing to go right into the place and feel it and to feel it to heal it.

It awakens the healer within.

We wish to heal our wounds and not feel the pain,

But what we are truly doing is we are awakening the wound of humanity and we are releasing the pain of this wound.

When we expand our awareness beyond just our mortal form and our own life and our own journey,

We truly understand why it is that we are here and why it is that we are having these massive experiences and why things happen that make no sense.

Ask your beautiful being right now to release all shame,

Blame,

Self-doubt and guilt,

Release self-persecution,

Criticism,

Judgment,

Any form of hard or harsh language,

Thoughts that you bring to yourself,

Release these immediately,

Let them go,

They are not truth.

This naive human being,

Like a gentle naive child,

So willingly going into the places of pain,

Is a great warrior,

Willing to go in right into the greatest danger and that naivety is the trust that we know,

We know what it is that we are able to go into because we have that gentle childlike perception,

This dream,

This idea,

This vision,

This feeling,

This dream,

This idea,

This vision,

The fairy tale,

We search for it,

We long for it,

We long for it because we know it is the answer.

Allow yourself to drop into that now,

Remember who you are.

If you are willing to take the persona of this young child,

The trusting,

The dear heart,

To be the brave heart,

To move right into the center of the grief.

We access all the ancient codes here of despair,

Longing,

Abandonment,

Neglect,

Betrayal.

We can unlock in our awareness now the sense of hopelessness and despair around the solar plexus and when we have said things like what is the point of this life,

It's not worth going on,

Why does this always happen to me,

I can't keep doing this to myself and we say these things because it is the truth,

We can't keep doing this to ourselves.

At some point we've got to get the whole picture but while we're immersed in it and we have this fabulous amnesia,

We forget that we're gorgeous,

Beautiful,

Radiant,

Divine healers,

Beings of love and light and we think we're just this cute mortal form,

We forget and we immerse ourselves in the experience and the experience gobbles us up,

It engulfs our senses,

We forget that we're just up,

It engulfs our senses,

We're so grateful that we are able to step so bravely into it and forget how fabulous we are.

The deeper we go,

The deeper we can heal.

When we step into the pain,

We are not here as the witness,

We are the experiencer.

The experiencer has a whole new understanding,

A completely different understanding.

Step into that understanding of yourself,

Being right in that space.

This connects you right now to your ancestral mind,

To your whole life journey from the very beginning,

To all the codes and imprints that have been holding in your system.

We are connecting into these now so that we can undo them.

We wish to disconnect the painful cords,

Memories.

We wish to disconnect these from entrapping us.

We can no longer carry these signals and we begin to stand here in the space of awareness,

The awareness of our pain and hardship,

Suffering and the awareness of who we are as beings of love and beings of light.

I'm willing to stand here and link this life experience to all ancient pathways and nuances that were exactly the same.

I stand here now in the space as my whole person,

My sovereign beautiful being of light and love.

I stand in my magnificence with this elevated perception,

This higher awareness.

I begin to see the pictures.

I begin to see the patterns that are unfolding.

I see the repetitions and I understand why they have been here.

I didn't see them in the first time,

Second time,

Third time.

But I'm seeing them now and I'm seeing who I am.

We are at a most magnificent time when we are revealing ourselves to ourself.

We are beginning to see.

And this beautiful body and this life and this experience is giving us this opportunity to witness ourselves in transformation.

We have never done this before.

We have lived single lives within the divine sacred agreement.

Imagine it dissipating now releasing.

It opened the door,

The light is coming in and it's releasing the light pouring into the space.

Healing,

Cleansing,

Clearing,

Cauterizing light.

All the shadows,

All the darkness,

All the pain,

All the dread,

The foreboding,

All being released now.

I release now through all time,

All fields,

All dimensions,

All timelines.

The horror and the pain and the struggle of abandonment betrayal.

I release this for every woman and every girl child.

I release this especially for women.

Through all time,

All fields and all dimensions,

I stand here,

The strong beautiful woman.

I stand here in the awareness of who I am.

And I stand amongst all those in my line who have felt exactly the same as I've known.

But I stand here as the shining light,

The armor,

The warrior,

The divine light being with the sword of truth.

And I see all the women,

Bowled heads,

Crumpled backs,

Broken spirits.

And I gently place the sword of truth upon them.

Let the light come in,

We see.

We begin to understand this is a pattern.

This is what has become locked into the human psyche when we agreed that all we had to do in this life was survive.

Survival equates with suffering,

Enormous suffering,

Hardship.

I stand here saying no more,

No more.

I feel like I could lead a rebellion of this,

So strong,

So powerful.

And the rebellion here is of light,

Letting the light come in,

Unlocking the doors,

All the places of secrets of hiding and despair,

Self-loathing,

Judgment,

Criticism,

Shaming and blaming,

Self-persecution,

Unlocking all these doors.

We will not feel guilt,

We will not feel blame,

We will not feel shame.

We'll feel how courageous being who is willing to go in,

Willing to go in,

Even though it was dreadful,

We knew the result would be painful,

We were willing to go in.

We were willing to feel and now we bring it to healing.

We awaken within us,

Each and every one of us,

The energy of the healer.

If you can feel it,

You can heal it and we start to awaken that now.

Feel the switch in your energy into strength,

Determination,

Courage.

It's a high activation energy and see yourself wearing this.

See yourself in your truth,

In your life,

In your life,

Playing in your life.

That if you could be with this group of souls that seems so sad and broken,

You could stand tall and strong and radiant and let your light shine upon them like sunlight and warm their sadness,

Generous warm sun bites soothing their pain,

Healing balm of love and bite,

Restoring,

Replenishing and healing.

That every being in this space can feel a freedom coming in,

A freedom to choose what would we choose.

We know what it is that we would never choose again.

This is the most important information that we could ever gain.

This experience that we've been having over eons of time is absolutely worth it for us to know what it is that we would never choose again.

Now reaffirm into this body and this mind what it is that you would never choose again.

And we think very clearly about this.

We are not locked in into any pattern and any program now that we are free to choose.

What would I choose with all my heart and all my soul?

What would I choose?

What would I give me?

How would I see me living and walking,

Dressing,

Working,

Connecting,

Loving?

What would I see for this?

See what you will see.

The dream that is coming in is your imaginal cells beginning to awaken.

The caterpillar going into that chrysalis undoes itself,

Becomes a whole collection of boopy cells,

Formless cells.

And then it's imaginal cells that are already encoded in into that beautiful being.

They know what it is to become.

But the surrendering and the releasing and the allowing is the gift we give ourselves.

What gift will I give me?

If I could surrender,

Trust,

Allow,

And begin to dream in something that I so dearly wish for me,

That would echo the energy of fulfillment,

Abundance.

Bring that energy into you now.

The energy of abundance,

The energy of clarity,

Truth,

Harmony,

Peace,

Compassion,

Delight.

I can begin to delight in this life because I know what it is that my heart has always been seeking and I am giving it to my being.

And I deserve it.

I absolutely deserve it.

I was willing to go so deeply into this pain to bring this incredible healing through my line.

I am a healer through all timelines.

Understand how powerful this role is.

Understand that you chose it and you knew and you understood every step and every breath.

And you've never once been a victim.

And you've never once been wrong.

That it was simply a way of experiencing what it is that needed to come into awareness.

Understand deeply from the part of you that knows this as truth anyway.

Realine into it.

I am a magnificent being of light and love.

I'm reawakening this code in this being.

So I've never forgotten it.

And the sadness and the heartache that I've felt has always been the yearning for something that I wish for with all my heart and all my soul.

Feel what it is that you are wishing for with all your heart and soul.

Let that beat within your heart beat.

Create a drumming beat.

Let this activate you right into the core of your being.

A new rhythm.

A new sound.

A new frequency.

What do I seek?

Awaken your imaginal cells.

Awaken your imaginal cells.

And let them become what they were always intended to be.

As we awaken our imaginal cells,

We imagine what it might be like to be goop.

That the body has no form at all.

And allow yourself to entertain that idea.

That there is no form at all.

And while we rest in this gentle place,

We could almost imagine that we were like a body of water.

A part of all that is the source of life.

The source of life.

And imagine then that if we had to see ourselves becoming water vapor,

Mist,

Essence.

And that we can see ourselves moving into a whole new element.

We are doing that.

From this beautiful body and form,

We are transforming.

We are moving into a different frequency.

A new substance.

And knowing how to go into the space requires us to know what it is that we desire.

Because the heart holds the key.

The heart holds the memories and it has never stopped.

Dreaming,

Hoping,

Wishing,

Longing,

Yearning,

Desiring.

Think about in the hardest times of history.

In man's greatest savagery towards one another.

The heart is always called for peace.

Harmony,

Compassion,

Kindness.

We have never forgotten this code.

And the heart holds it and the drum beat begins to awaken within us.

We begin to sound it within us.

And it begins to be heard.

And the more who can hear it,

The more who can come into it and remember it.

It's like a story that was once told so very long,

Long ago.

And we begin to remember it.

Begin to remember.

I begin to recreate me.

And the flowing energy that is me of my beautiful life,

I deeply honour my life form.

That is who I am and this is what I go back to.

When I'm finished holding my form,

I move gently,

Graciously into this,

This that I am.

And we hold the echo of this in our being.

I remember.

Fully integrating our light and our life.

So that we can take this walk now with more ease,

More grace,

Heightened awareness.

That we can begin to awaken our deepest memories and remember who we are.

We are divine beings of light and love.

We are on a journey of awakening.

And our life has been a divine orchestration,

Guiding us towards that.

We thank this beautiful being for being willing to stop and to feel again.

Imagine you writing a new contract for yourself.

It's an awesome privilege to do this.

It's time.

We bring this energy into the throat.

We step into our absolute truth,

Our unique being.

We honor ourselves for everything we've known and felt in every word.

And we begin to create the words and the energy that will bring towards us what it is that we wish to bring into this life experience.

To see it and play in it in a whole new way.

And as we do this,

We begin to awaken our higher awareness.

We begin to tune in to who we truly are.

We have magnificent gifts of clear voice,

Clear words,

Clear energy.

We begin to be aware of who we truly are.

We have magnificent gifts of clear voice,

Clear audience,

Clear sentience,

Clear cognizance.

And these are just a few.

We release our body from having to feel the impact of the last journey.

And ask that now through the five mortal senses,

We can recode our being into the awareness that we can delight in life.

And we begin to do this movement from one way of being and thinking to the next.

By awakening our sense of vision,

Choosing to find what delights our eyes.

And recoding from this point.

And then we go into the ears.

What can I hear that delights me?

What can I taste,

Touch and smell?

What can I taste,

Touch and smell that fills me with a sense of wonder and awe and great happiness?

Feel like you can begin to awaken here.

And as we let our five human senses begin to delight in life,

A delightful life awakens for us to see,

Feel,

Taste,

Touch and hear.

And then we can switch our requirement to know and see more.

Into clear voice,

Clear audience,

Clear sentience,

Clear cognizance.

We begin to tune into subtle awareness.

What a gift that is that we can give this body.

No more painful enduring of hard signals of life.

And then in this place where we know who we are,

We feel the strength of you.

We feel the strength of you.

As your mighty being of light,

A warrior,

Carrying the sword of truth.

Ask yourself,

Is it okay for me to completely release all the baggage and the trauma?

All the judgment and the shame and the blame that I've held for another.

And the longing for them to show up in a different way.

Is it possible for me to see the way that they were showing up was perfect so that I could get here now?

This is way more important for me and for all life that we get to this point.

Is it okay that that one who came in and those who have been coming in as messengers of pain,

Is it okay for me to release them now and feel no sense of burden,

Responsibility for them?

Release our guilt and shame and blame and send into the space the energy of forgiveness.

It's okay for what it is that they showed us because they have given us the greatest gift.

They have shown us the way back home.

Back to our center and back to truth.

Let that energy pour into you now and let this begin to create a new electromagnetic field around you.

Your own beautiful pod,

Your chrysalis of light and love.

And now your energy field,

Your electromagnetic field opens and begins to expand.

And into this radiant feel around you,

Into this electromagnetic field.

A powerful energy.

You attract towards you what it is that your heart truly desires now.

And there is no connection to anything else.

Your electromagnetic field is your guiding compass.

And it's bringing life's experiences towards you based upon your heart,

Mind and your soul.

Alignment into that is our greatest gift.

What do I wish to gift to me?

The more we can embrace ourselves with gifts,

The greater this energy becomes.

The greater the gift of your presence here.
