Just take a nice deep breath into your being and it's clear and cleanse this beautiful energy system.

Relax your body and settle down and connect to where you are.

A sacred space and a sanctuary of light and love,

And you are holding the center of the energy here and you begin to open up your energy all the way around you.
Imagine this like a glowing light radiating from your heart all the way opening into the field around you.
And place yourself right inside of a beautiful part or a chrysalis with this energy,
Really powerful and strong.
And as we connect in here,
Let's ask that our higher self draws into the space,
The highest vibrations of light and love that we can hold at this time.

To something that is so much more than who we are in our mortal form.

Don't try and come up with any answer at all.
Just ask the question and leave the space open.
Be willing to rest into the space.
Imagine that you're opening up a little time for you to connect to that part of you that has divine intelligence.
But there is no expectation,
No performance,
No validations or conditions that are required.
We're just holding a space and breathing.
We are holding within us an agreement and awakening the memory at our very center that we are here as divine beings on purpose.
Every step that we have taken,
Every step that we have taken has been an opportunity to be in this divine and sacred agreement.
And imagine how many times we missed the opportunity simply because we were too busy and pursuing and doing because we were so busy chasing after the expectation and the outcome.
Ask your being,
What can I hold within this being that is an energy beam of light?
What can I hold in this being that would be of such great value to all life?
Don't think of an answer.
Just ask.
This being holds a gracious gift.
Ask your mind and your body to acknowledge that and then drop a little deeper into the place of deep inner reassurance.
Just breathe.
From this point of asking and agreeing and resting,
Imagine now that there is an endless beam of light that comes from your solar plexus and radiates all the way out in front of you.
Imagine how far it can reach.
In your awareness,
Send it to another.
Send that beam to anyone else that you might bring to your mind.
And then take it a little further.
And notice now that like a light that starts at the source,
Like a flashlight,
That the light is very bright,
Where it is connecting to its source.
And then the light opens up.
It is as if the light enlarges as it goes further.
We can do so much more than just connect with those who are close to us.
We can work in great distance because this light opens up.
If we knew how valuable this is to all life.
And if we knew that if we could target this beautiful light,
This endless beam of loving light,
We could direct it.
And if we could see the outcome of it,
We would be so delighted with ourselves that we would play with this energy more and more.
Let us beam this light together and take it as far as we can imagine.
Far out of our planet to a place where we could look back and see the glow of this beautiful planet.
And imagine from out there,
We could redirect this light back,
Back to this beautiful home that has been given to us to have all the experiencing of this life.
