Pulling our Energy out of the static energy is what we naturally do as we seek ways to escape the distorted energy and pain. Let us go with that first instinct - to curl into a ball and hide away. And then, from within this space we begin to grow within this capsule. We grow in our Awareness of our Being of Light and begin to transmit with a higher tone and frequency.
