In this session, we talk about healing ancestral pain as we hold the space to unravel the energies of pridefulness. As we unwrap the disruptive signal of pridefulness we allow ourselves to focus on self-acknowledgement and inner strength. Let us understand the powerful ripple effects of our thoughts, words, and actions. It is time for us to shift our awareness towards self-reliance and unconditional self-worth. Join us as we release painful cords and codes of struggle, aiming to uplift and heal our inner being.

Let's do this now.

We'll drop in,

We'll connect our energy.

I'm going to bring in this bell.

If you can,

Settle down where you are.

Feel connected to the earth.

Hold your place right here,

Right now.

Let's take a deep breath in.

Then a long,

Slow out-breath.

And drop,

Drop,

Drop into this moment.

And here I am at this time,

This space,

This beautiful being.

We're holding this energy,

This lovely energy of light and love around us.

Imagine that,

My treasures,

That there is this energy powered around you.

Place yourself right inside of it.

Thank your being for being where you are,

Connected and trusting.

As we open our hearts and we breathe into the space,

Let's welcome our guides,

Angels,

Divine presence,

The highest vibration of light and love.

As you bring that in,

Open your heart into a memory,

A thought,

Something that expanded your heart even more.

And feel that opening around you.

Make it as wide as comfortable.

That's the way to do it.

Lovely,

Now we're settling down into the space.

We're asking that we can unwrap the idea of these signals that sit in the very low base of the body.

It's the place where we feel ashamed of ourselves,

Ashamed of the way we are.

Often that resonates in the sexual organs in the lower part of the body.

When this kind of reverberation happens of this part of our body,

We feel very unsettled,

Unheld.

We feel a little bit remorseful.

There's a deep sadness,

A longing and a pain,

A humiliation so often,

A shame and a blame inside of it.

So let's see if we can unwrap the story of pride and understand what it really is and how we can move towards all our emotions,

All our feelings with a different idea.

For every single point of pain that is known to us,

Every story that ever is,

Every way that we react to life,

Every way we consider ourselves,

There's always more than one way,

One story,

One thing,

Always.

So let's see if we can plug into that idea.

There are many ways of seeing and knowing ourselves and imagine that the words that come out your mouth have a reverberation,

Which they do.

If we could see them,

Wouldn't that be wonderful?

If we could see the words coming out of our mouth and the energy we're holding in our being as energy,

We could see it in its different colors and imagine that we said it was like a rainbow.

When our energy was really lighting up and we were speaking words of kindness and compassion,

Then the light that would be coming out would be lovely.

It would be this light that is expansive and rainbow-colored and delightful.

Then when we're speaking in a way that we know is a little disappointing to ourselves and others,

Then perhaps it'll be a bit shadowy,

Not quite as bright and delightful.

And we get an idea that there are different levels that we can connect into with our language,

With our energy.

That is the first part,

Not being mindful.

That part is when we start to say,

Oh,

Okay.

So there are different ways to say things.

If we've grown up in families where the way we said things was always said in that way,

Lots of people saying the same kind of things in the same kind of way on and on and on through your entire movement through life to adulthood,

Then the way you speak is probably a little bit ingrained.

Have you been with someone where you perhaps at a restaurant and you are able to engage with a person who comes up and chats to you and takes your order and there is a lightness in the conversation,

But have you ever been in a situation where you've been with someone who's a little offhanded with that person and speaks in a little bit of an abrupt way,

You engaging in a way,

And then there is another way that is being presented by the person who's at your table.

And you notice the reaction of the person and you notice yourself in it.

How wonderful for us to notice these things and to see and understand that there is so much happening in these moments that we might just have ignored.

And really,

All it is that's happening there is an engagement through language.

That is how we are connecting with each other.

So if we watch our language,

Which is a vibration,

Which creates an energy frequency,

And we truly understand that,

Acknowledge it,

Then we are going to find that we can change things around us very quickly with very little effort,

Very,

Very little effort.

If you are not convinced,

Think about just taking a little stone and throwing it into a still body of water and see the ripple that it creates.

It's going to create it,

Of course it is.

That is exactly what happens when we create an imprint,

An impact,

Or something comes from this being,

Whether it be language or action or thoughts even,

It changes the space and the scenery around us.

That's how powerful we are.

We can't quite believe it,

Can we?

What we're thinking about,

Saying,

Feeling,

Sensing,

However we are connecting and assimilating energy and releasing some kind of output from the input,

Whatever that output is,

It is energy,

Even a thought.

How fabulous is that?

So you'll know that thoughts connect if you think of somebody,

And then the next thing they phone you and go,

Oh,

I was just thinking of you.

Well,

No,

You weren't.

I was thinking of you first.

Or maybe it was the other way.

That thought travels,

Sound travels,

Vibration travels.

If we can know that,

We can start today,

Start looking at the words,

The tone of the words,

Not just the tone,

The actual word,

And the significance of the word that we've adopted in our human understanding of it.

So let's play the game and let's feel the energy of pride.

So here we have an energy of pride.

Just hold it in your awareness.

Close your eyes if you can,

And hold the idea and the feeling.

Think about what you are seeing in your mind's eye when you think about someone who is showing themselves in that position,

That stance of pride.

How do they look?

How do they stand?

How are they speaking?

How are they walking,

Perhaps?

There is that very solid,

Very upright picture in my mind.

I often see soldiers all standing,

Dressed exactly the same,

Marching and holding that very strong stance,

Very proud of themselves,

But holding an energy of great pride in their flag,

In their country,

In their position,

In their space,

In their truth,

And what they believe in.

They're holding that.

That's a very strong energy.

Then we think about when we condemn the energy of pride.

Perhaps you know what that's like.

Where were you when someone perhaps put you down and said,

Oh,

Don't be so filled with pride?

Who are you?

What do you think you are all about?

You're such a show-off.

It's not all about you.

Any little put-down that might have come with that.

From a moment of feeling strong,

A little bit inflated in your energy,

Perhaps even in your ego,

From being in a strong position,

Being crumbled down to a,

Ooh,

Ooh,

Shamed,

Dreading,

Horrible position.

So we can play with both of these energies in every possible way.

Think about the energy of feeling proud.

I'm so proud on this accomplishment.

I'm so proud that I was able to get right through.

I'm so proud of myself for noticing what it is that I needed to notice.

I'm so proud of the way I was able to connect or help or support someone.

There is a very sweet energy in that energy.

I'm so proud because in that,

My love,

There is acknowledgement of yourself.

One feels very condemning and the other is very acknowledging.

If we could see every energy in both its dualities and accept that both of them are reflections that are true,

Let's start to understand what it is that we are feeling in that energy and that is creating a ripple into the world.

I wonder how this is resonating for you.

I'm going to just look here,

Jeanette,

You see.

My eldest son's working for years on his art and having a sole exposition of his art,

Beautiful in Montreal,

A beautiful frequency of his dedication and perseverance.

That's a very beautiful,

Beautiful message.

Thank you for sharing that.

So think about how you feel about this darling child,

His commitment,

He's holding on,

He's being in that space.

He's showing up and his sense of being able to complete it and bring it full circle now to actually bringing together an exhibition and presenting it to the world in a way that says,

I'm happy with this,

I'm happy with this body of work and I can present it with my name attached to it because everything we present to the world has our name attached.

It has our face,

Our energy,

Our awareness attached to it.

This treasure,

This darling child of yours has a sense of being proud of his accomplishment.

I'm sure you feel very proud of your darling child for bringing himself to that point.

That's a beautiful energy,

It's very uplifted and it's very strong.

Could you imagine if someone at some delicate point of this structure being built said,

Oh,

Don't be so prideful.

Pride comes before a fall.

Don't acknowledge how wonderful you are.

Don't enjoy that moment of your great accomplishment,

Your determination,

Your tenacity,

Your stubbornness,

Your endurance.

And in doing that,

We start to understand how much it takes to get to the point of completing something,

To actually showing up,

Having a dream,

A wish,

A hope or a desire and we start moving towards it.

How often have you,

My lovely,

Been crushed along the journey of that?

How long have you been dismissed or discharged or told that you're just useless or nothing's ever gonna be great?

How often have you had that pain?

We can do it in a different way.

The secret to all of this story and to every story that we're playing in is that we want to feel the gift of that being proud,

Being strong,

Being able to accomplish or just being here in this life.

That's a huge accomplishment.

Just doing your day-to-day journey,

That is your accomplishment.

No one else can do your journey and no one else can do your life,

Only you.

Even that,

That's something worth celebrating,

Noticing and acknowledging.

But when we give our energy away to someone else and we say,

Oh,

You know,

I need someone else to really validate me,

To say that I'm doing really well and that makes me feel good.

We give our energy away and if it is trashed,

Like that dear soul who's here and taking the order and is waiting at your table and someone just dismisses them or doesn't see what they're doing,

We don't know their story.

We don't know how delicate their heart is.

We don't know what they've come through.

We have no idea.

We have no right to put ourselves in that place where we judge,

Shame,

Blame,

Condemn or try to look like we're more important by dismissing or demoralizing another.

All of that will tell us where we are in the space and time.

If we are asking for that which is outside of us to acknowledge us and affirm us,

We stand in a very precarious place of being susceptible to being dismissed,

Put down,

Discharged.

My lovelies,

We never want to do that.

We want to acknowledge our own efforts,

Whatever it is that we've been willing to play in and do.

We want to truly and fully acknowledge those efforts and those accomplishments,

To feel a great sense of being proud that we were able to do this,

To bring it in and to fully accomplish it without having to rely on the accolades,

The rewards or the certificates of something outside of us.

Could we get to the point where we would show up and be our most excellent being anyway,

Even if there was nobody around,

Even if no one was watching or paying attention?

We undo the hook of reliance,

Dependence and neediness on anyone or anything around us so that we can feel good about being here in this life.

The moment we come into that sense of being good about being in this life,

Feeling worthwhile,

Not because someone said,

But because we are doing something that resonates as truth with us.

The moment we come back home to this being,

This being is able to speak and express into this life,

Create a reverberation that is truly wonderful.

That is where we want to get to with all the energy signals of pain and trauma,

Hardship and despair.

Take our little fingers out of the stories of dependence,

Reliance and neediness.

I would so love you to see me.

I would so love you to acknowledge me.

But when we rely upon that,

Place ourself in a dreadful situation.

We'd love it to be a worth to the other or something that might inspire for your beautiful child.

Imagine someone seeing what it is that he's presenting,

Noticing his creativity,

His willingness to step out and be there and show something about himself.

That takes a great deal of courage,

Doesn't it?

Because the world is so filled with critics and those who would love to judge,

Shame,

Blame,

Condemn and suppress.

That energy has language,

That language has a tone,

The tone has a frequency.

That frequency creates a ripple,

A vibration into the energy field.

So here we are.

Let's bring it all home.

Take a deep breath in.

Come back to you,

This beautiful being.

Anchor,

Hold,

Strengthen yourself in the moment where you are right now.

This being,

Being here,

In this way,

In this time,

This beautiful mind,

Body and being.

Here you are.

Imagine that everything around you is just stuff.

Stuff,

People,

Signals,

Content.

You can bring it all back down just to you being here right now.

Take out all the clutter.

If you can hold that space and then ask your beautiful heart,

What is it that I wish to show up and do and be and become?

What is it that I wish to hold?

Who am I at this moment?

You hold that energy.

Would I do this anyway if there was even not one other soul in the world?

Would I continue to hold the space that I'm holding in the way that I'm presenting myself Would I do it even when I'm alone?

Would I keep presenting the very best of me,

Creating to the best of my ability,

Finding ways to be more creative,

More sincere,

More delightful with me first?

We take away all the other stories around us,

The neediness and dependence.

We come right back to us and our center.

Feel that,

My lovelies.

Then you start here.

You start speaking to your being,

To your life,

To your journey,

Your creativity in a way that truly brings that sense that I'm so proud,

So grateful,

So happy that this is the gift that I can speak into the field,

Never mind if there are people there or not.

Let me speak this that I am.

Let me vibrate this that I am into the field that is.

This is how we're gonna change everything.

May all the wounds be released from your soul,

My love.

All the hardships,

All the terrors be released.

Just let go of all the sticky stuff and come back home to you.

You've got something that is of great worth that needs to be here.

I'm so proud of you for holding your space and you hold yourself with so much thankfulness and gratitude.

Be strong inside of that.

Be proud of you,

Too.

Have a wonderful week.

I'm sending you the biggest hugs and love.

Thank you for you.
