And we know that when we pull one string on a guitar or a harp,
All the other strings start to resonate with just that one vibration.
And imagine that's what we're doing now.
Take a deep breath into your beautiful being,

And then as you breathe out,
Relax your body into the moment.
Just be where you are.
Be present with you,
With all the aspects of your multidimensional being.
Think of yourself as a beautiful diamond with so many facets,
So many ways of seeing and being in this world,
So many ways to shine and show up.
And imagine that you are polishing up every facet,
So the whole diamond of the essence of you begins to sparkle.
It's such a pity when we go through life and close the doors to those little sparkly facets of the places of potential.
And imagine that when you hear that sound come in,
That it begins to open up all spaces.
We're going to connect in now to beautiful tones,
Tone therapy.
And as you hear these tones,
Imagine them striking a chord within your being,
A being that says,
I'm at peace with myself.
I am in harmony with my own beautiful being.
This life holds me and supports me in the most exceptional and delightful way.
I hold and support this life in my exceptional way.
In however I am expressing my life,
Showing up and connecting with all others,
I embrace the part of me that is so authentic and delightful and sovereign,
That brings a unique signature,
A perfume into the space that others might sense themselves and this space in a different way.
We think about walking into a room where there is a beautiful aroma,
And we're all connected into the aroma,
Walking into a coffee shop and we smell the delicious coffees.
We are all connected to that same beautiful aroma essence,
But every one of us is going to have a different connection to it,
Different memory,
A different set of experiences,
Different feelings,
Different associations,
A myriad of ways of being.
And see your own beautiful way of being,
Sensing,
Perceiving,
Understanding,
Connecting,
Relating.
See it as the most wonderful gift that we can bring into the expression of this life.
Breathe into your beautiful being,
Honour your being with the breath of life.
Relax your body into the space that is holding you so graciously.
Here you are in this glorious form,
This delightful being.
And we use this beautiful body and this mind and the way we relate and connect as an interface between the essence of who we are and the energy field of all that is.
That because we have a form,
We can see ourselves and others,
And we can understand so much because of this.
We ask now that we can be in the space of this life journey with so many and absolutely embrace the diversity of who we are,
Knowing that their other,
No matter how they seem,
No matter how they are behaving,
They are bringing an energy into this field.
Even in the shocking,
Horrifying,
Terrorising energies,
All of that is energy.
And there is no good or bad in the energy field,
Energy is energy.
But if we could be the ones that discern from the heart of absolute love,
Discern what it is that we would love to hold and embrace,
That would be embracing to the collective,
We can absorb the energies that are not as productive,
And we can stand alongside them and reactivate these energy fields,
Use the power and the force within that field and transform it.
Know yourself as a transformer of energy.
Know that you can hold the space because you have understood the diversity,
The dichotomy,
The polarities.
You have as a child growing up,
Been willing to be in all the spaces of your high school,
Your high school,
Your high school,
Your high divine feminine goddess,
Of the child of the grown,
Of the nurturer,
The divine feminine.
And you've known and played and experienced in the powerful assertive masculine.
You know how to harness energy in you.
Now know how to reactivate it and transform.
No good or bad,
Right or wrong,
Masculine,
Feminine,
Black and white,
Just one energy field.
And we can read it and understand it.
We can connect into it now in a whole and a new way.
We are at a pivotal time.
