Purposeful Rest

Stand in the doorway a while as we assimilate the new wave of energy sweeping into our being. While we hold our awareness here, we begin to remember: Gravity is holding me and supporting me in this time of transition. Feel held, supported and loved. All is well and unfolding as it is intended. Trust.

Transcript

We can allow ourselves to come into a different energy space now knowing that we are entering into a whole different energy wave and that we honor this body and this life and this being that we have been doing this journey,

A singular journey up to now and sometimes connecting and sometimes colliding with those around us but pretty much in a singular way and we've managed pretty well and the singular imprint is the legacy of our quest to survive.

So always if we just look after number one self then we are going to survive.

We have assumed that from these hundreds and thousands of years of us being in that pursuit and so we have continued to hold an energy in a certain way and we are holding that energy in a low vibrational frequency that is very much reliant and dependent,

It's very manipulative,

Controlling,

And in so many ways it's selfish,

It's arrogant,

It's egotistical,

It's hateful sometimes,

It's jealous and angry and sometimes we have been and have betrayed and all the low frequency energies of our survival patterns are still in us and around us and we know them very very well.

We have felt them,

We have given them and received them and so here we are now with this amazing knowing of what it is that has gone before us and with the energy imprints,

The genetic and the ancestral and the karmic imprints of all these memories we are holding them all.

So we are this amazing being that has an entire library of knowing and so we get to this point where suddenly our singular pursuit changes and there becomes an opening into a morphic field that we are aligning into and some are being called in,

Invited in.

So if you are in one of the waves,

Know that you have been invited in and to be here and to be invited in is such an amazing gift and there is nothing that we have done in our whole long journey that says,

Okay you deserve it more than another.

We all deserve this.

We are all beings of light and love.

We are all being called to come home to sanity,

To balance and to love and to peace and we cannot claim that we have done more work than others because the imprint that is being received and seen is with such a vast array of people in different stages and places of their lives and of their own inner process.

So we cannot claim that oh great I am the special one because there is no energy inside of this that is of need and dependency or validation or justification or conditional energy.

There is none of that inside of this frequency.

It is simply a gift that has come in and we now must understand that this gift has come in to those who agreed to play a part and not everybody has been asked or agreed to play a part in this great evolution of the human species.

But for those who have agreed,

So we are being called in.

So let yourself now just feel that it is that agreement that has invited you in and you created that agreement long,

Long ago.

And you have come at the exact time,

A pivotal time in our experience to be part of something that is beyond what we could ever imagine and we are standing right on the brink of it.

And how do we recognize that we are here?

It is a unique signature that is opening as a morphic awareness holding still point at the top of the head and down both the arms,

Clear and directional,

Purposeful,

Strong and it holds them very,

Very strongly,

Very consistently.

So here I am in this body with my knowing,

With my knowledge and with all the ways that I have worked out how to interpret myself and something is different.

Something is changing and I have entered into the first wave and this first wave of energy is the point where we decide whether we will or won't.

It is here that we have the last point of choice.

And here we have been asked to choose and to choose well,

Knowing then that the gift of connecting in and through the morphic field aligns you into the gracious beings of love and light and that you will have direct access into much higher flows of energy.

And so if we choose to become part of that then a deepening of respect and honoring of this human being that is carrying this imprint that has all its imperfections and knowings and games and playing of its human existence and that is stuck in a default system of survival with all those low frequencies and is still asked to step up and be in another stream.

It is almost impossible.

This evolution should have taken a much longer time so that we could be more ready but the earth cannot wait.

And this is a clear message.

The earth cannot wait any longer.

We have to get in and we have to be here and we have to become present even though we are not in the right complete space yet.

We haven't fully evolved enough to really hold this space.

And so as we hear that feel the gentleness and the humility and the kindness and the softness to self.

Here I am as this human being with all my frailties and all the ways that I would just so easily revert back to what it is that I established as my routine or my discipline or my way of being.

And here I am being called to stand up into a space that is so enormous and we could become very fearful of this and then want to not choose because maybe I will fail,

Maybe I will not make it,

Maybe I will make a fool of myself here.

So rest assured that if we are being opened into the morphic field of awareness that it is a connective collective that we are going into.

And while we are able to move into that everything we need in order to be in that space is already in that space.

And so all we need to do is agree and to choose and to choose well.

So here I am,

Here's my body showing the imprint pattern that my morphic field is already connecting.

My body needs to rest deeply in this first stage to come in and align and to assimilate all these energies.

What needs to happen is that the body almost needs to shut down and to begin to reprocess,

Reboot the system and it's not comfortable.

It is exhausting and the body feels depleted and the mind might make up all kinds of reasons why we are in that space.

To misdiagnose will be greatly detrimental.

So we are not broken,

We do not need an excuse to take care of ourselves and we do not need to make ourselves sick in order to deserve or allow ourselves to simply be quiet and gentle.

Just feel that energy,

Feel what that is like.

So here I am and here I am.

And then feel again here I am.

And what does that do inside our cellular being is we just speak that in.

Here I am.

And hear the strength and the determination in that and the agreement.

And inside of that is the memory.

I knew long before what it would look like and how I would be.

There is nothing that is unknown.

Once I connect into this field I will be able to access all the information again.

You've been standing outside of this for the longest time.

And now we are being welcomed in.

And here I am.

And I stand and I hover in the doorway just for a little while knowing both spaces.

Knowing one from my deepest knowing and knowing one from my life experiences.

And I stand in the doorway and I ask myself how is it that I know what is on the other side of this door?

How do I know what is on the other side if I was to choose to walk into the space that is unknown?

Can I go into unknown or would it be better for me to simply stay in the patterns and the games,

Performances and the roles of the known?

And here while I stand and I allow the light to fall into my being I begin to remember there has been right from the very beginning a deep urging within my being.

In all the darkest places of despair and sadness and hardship,

Suffering and longing.

In all those places in the deepest pain there has been the deepest longing.

And at that point of the deepest longing there has been a deep longing for peace,

Harmony,

Love,

Friendship,

Kindness,

Compassion.

In the deepest despair we have called out for mercy,

For generosity of spirit.

How did we know what to call for if it has not been so evident in this human life experience?

How do we know that we long for peace and harmony?

We have had so little evidence of it.

It has fleetingly come into and through our lives and yet we urge ourselves to find it,

To feel it,

To bring it in.

As I stand in this doorway of light I am remembering that this imprint of what it is that is our magnificence is my longing.

It has always been there and it is now here calling,

Calling and calling.

Calling for peace,

Calling for integrity,

Calling for authenticity,

Always calling.

And if I can hear the call I am closer than I think.

I stand in this doorway with the light in me and through me and around me and I can feel my mortal form and I can look down and I can see my body and feel my body and I can feel the density of my human form,

Evidence of a life.

And while the light is shining upon me and I close my eyes and I feel my form now without seeing it and looking at it and I simply feel my form.

For a little while I can feel the density of my body.

I can feel how where I am standing I can stand with all my weight pressing down into the ground and I can feel how gravity is holding me here.

This thing,

This gravity that I cannot hold,

I cannot capture is holding me.

I am standing here being held and if I release my weight even more heavily allowing myself to sink into the ground holding no resistance in my body,

I just drop right down into the soles of my feet and I feel the weight of my being.

And I am aware that gravity holds me just the same.

And whether I hold myself tense and tight and whether I just drop down into complete giving of self,

I am still being held in the exact same way.

Now I can begin to feel my body and begin to feel my energy and as I feel it opening my palms,

Feeling it in the corners of my fingers and the palms of my hands.

And I am aware that I am holding energy,

That I am an energetic being and I am holding my energy.

Feel how beautiful that is to hold your own energy.

And now feel that as you are holding your own energy,

You are being held while you hold your energy.

Can we feel calm and peaceful now that we are holding and we are being held and there is peace all around me.

I begin to feel the light coming into me like standing in a beautiful warm doorway of light,

Warm light.

I can feel the warmth and if I stand there and just feel it,

It is not just on the peripheral part of my being,

On my skin.

If I feel the warmth,

It enters my being and glows right down into my body,

Warming,

Generous,

Embracing right through my body.

Imagine with your eyes closed that you could see yourself in this doorway with a light coming through and as you visualize this warm radiant light coming in towards you that you hold it around you and feel yourself glowing and then it goes right through you that you all,

The whole part of you is glow.

Every part of you is the glow of the light.

There is no part of you that is not glowing with this light and this warmth,

This generous energy and if I simply stand here and feel that,

Then I can begin to imagine that my energy and the energy of everything around me begins to be one.

It is as if I begin to merge.

I open my energy field and I begin to merge.

The warmth is in me and through me and the light is in me and through me and there is no part of me that is not this light.

Now imagine that the light begins to diffuse and open up even more around you.

See yourself becoming just light.

No longer a form of an identity,

A label.

That you are just light and that you are in all that is at one with oneness.

In oneness and oneness is all around you.

Feel how beautiful that is.

Just opening up all your boundaries,

All your limitations,

All your pains,

All your heartache,

All the longing,

All the suffering,

All the enduring,

Just opening it.

There is no place for anything with a label or an identity of its own.

It becomes oneness.

Every wound that I ever imagined was mine.

Now opening,

Dissipating into light.

I can barely grasp it.

It moves into the light and I cannot find it on its own.

It is absorbed into oneness and every vengeful thought,

Every angry,

Horrid occurrence,

The moment we try to capture it,

It just continues to move into light and dissipate into light.

See this as your deepest clearing and cleansing now.

I am being cleansed and being cleared of all the imprints,

The messages,

The traumas,

The struggles,

The encounters,

The experiences,

The perceptions,

The beliefs,

The dogma and the doctrines,

The structures.

I am being released now.

Everyone is opening up into light and just becoming light.

And it's easy for me to allow for this endless light,

Beautiful endless light.

While I am in this beautiful chrysalis state,

With nowhere else to go but to be in the light space,

I offer all that I've known as a marker of humankind's experiences in pain and suffering,

Longing and fear.

And for every anguish that I am willing to release,

I'm doing it for all beings.

I release all pain of persecution,

Manipulation,

Hatred,

Fear and anger.

I release into light and the light brings it into light.

I release all shadow experiences,

Hardships and suffering.

I release abuse and neglect,

Betrayal,

Release and let go.

I do this holding myself,

My journeys and all my imprints as a marker for the human experience and the human endeavors.

I hold them to be released into light.

And I do this as I gather in to the field of greater consciousness.

As I come into that field,

I'm aligning into the morphic field.

I know the human pain and I am releasing it now.

I release and let go all ancient stances,

All vows,

Oaths,

Curses,

Promises.

I release ignorance,

Cruelty,

Arrogance.

I release.

I release all parts,

All elements,

All conditions of every single attribute that we have gained in our pursuit for survival.

Now release and let go.

See the light coming in and simply be the light.

Let it beam in,

Let it clean,

Warm,

Clear,

Cleanse and refresh.

And let your mind and your body simply agree that where you are right now is the perfect place for this first part of the gift.

I am allowing myself to be here.

I'm holding the space in my form,

In my heart and in my soul.

I'm awakening the gracious,

Loving heart of my being,

Of my light being.

And into all the places that there has been a release and continues to release,

From this heart,

I radiate love and gratitude,

Kindness,

Compassion and gentleness,

Forgiveness.

I radiate it into this space,

Filling up all the gaps,

All the hollows that have now been emptied out of pain,

Filling them up with warmth and love and generosity of spirit.

Opening,

Filling,

Nurturing,

Satiating,

Allowing.

Feel this beautiful gift of life and you are giving it from the conscious heart,

The one that is connected in to the heart of all that is.

I stand as the bridge,

The doorway between.

I hold the space right between.

I offer into that which I have known,

From that which I deeply know.

Wave upon wave,

Now clearing the throat chakras of the human experience.

All angry words,

Dreadful claims,

Hate speech and curses.

I clear it now.

That there be clarity in voices and that we open up the space to our deepest access to connecting with each other through love and light and peace.

May the connection here that I open now bathe into and through the morphic field that is awakening,

May it heal beams of light healing,

Clearing and cleansing.

Beautiful healing light.

And I am just allowing me to be fully present offering this gift through my awareness,

Through my gracious and loving heart,

Clearing and cleansing.

All pain and hardship here in the third eye,

Pineal chakra.

All ancient memories and imprints that have been held in this space.

All horror,

Fear and trepidation.

All terror.

Healing that now.

All loneliness,

Longing,

Healing it now.

And as we heal the memories and imprints that we have gathered and held for so long,

At the same time open up your beautiful gracious loving heart and pour the love into that space.

May the space be healed.

May the love and the light pour into this beautiful space and may there be complete healing now.

Calling in the light of your higher senses and awakening awarenesses.

Opening up the field of energy to connect through your higher intuitive abilities.

Cleariance,

Clear audience and clear sentience.

As we pull into this beautiful stream of high vibrational energy I begin to connect now to the top of my crown.

I'm in this beautiful light.

I'm standing right here in the doorway.

I'm holding two places in my awareness and I'm tapping into the morphic field for the deepest healing.

For what it is that I allow for healing in my body will become the healing in all bodies.

When one cell of this great beautiful beingness becomes well,

When we are connected all cells become well.

Allow yourself the delight,

The privilege and the honor of being well,

Happy,

Gracious,

Loving,

Gentle,

Prosperous.

Allow yourself.

Beautiful.

As I hold this wellness in me and through me and around me and as I'm tapping into my higher awareness I now begin to bring this energy into the deeper vibrations of the physical form.

Here at the center,

The solar plexus,

I'm holding the center of my consciousness here.

And while I hold this space I clear and cleanse,

Open and release,

Forgive and allow.

And I allow this energy to open up through my morphic field that is connecting in to all others who are doing this gracious work.

We are as a collective changing consciousness.

We are choosing to be well and to be healed,

Attuned and aligned so that this might be the gift that opens up for all beings.

Bringing this energy now into the second chakra.

Here at the second chakra as I open into the lower vibrations still that I bring this vibration all the way into my own body.

Creating inside of this morphic field now all relationships of great integrity,

Authenticity,

Sincerity and honesty.

Imagine that we begin to build a new morphic field that is then transferable to all other beings.

That we hold each other ethically,

Lovingly,

Graciously and honestly in the deepest honoring of the other as I deeply honor self.

We are in the oneness of our energy.

Beautiful.

Coming down into the base chakra.

In the space of deep quiet and allowing I heal here at the base,

The very beginning from the very beginning.

In the deepest pursuit of our survival with all the imprints of calamities,

Catastrophes,

Of all the struggles and conflicts.

I ask now that I heal this part of my being so that that energy can open up into the collective.

I heal me.

Bringing the light of your heart and love.

Cleaning,

Cleansing and bathing this beautiful warm generous glowing light.

Let it clear,

Cleanse,

Bathe,

Cauterize,

Heal and seal.

Let it bring refreshment to this body,

This mind and this soul and may that energy translate in and through me,

Through my awakening morphic field to all beings.

I offer this as a gift as I choose to stay in the space of deep rest,

Of purposeful rest.

I am here in the space of purposeful rest.

I am establishing the most magnificent new energy frequencies as a gift.

It is here through my imaginal cells that I begin to dream.

Dream beautifully.

Dream big.

Dream with love.

Dream with compassion and kindness.

Dream and bring the dreams home.

Beautiful.

Bring the dreams home.

In this glorious energy stream,

We embrace this life.

And all life.

As you see yourself in that beautiful doorway now,

Allow yourself to stay there.

We will take the next steps and we will be urged to do that at the right time and in the perfect way.

And for now,

Simply allow.

Allow.

Rest.

And create.

And may the peace of this be in you and through you and around you.

May it bring to your being a deep sense of satisfaction and love and happiness,

Fulfillment.

As you hold around you your field of energy now,

Merging and opening into the morphic field,

The collective consciousness that is awakening.

May you be held inside of this with great integrity and peace and happiness.
