Take a deep breath into this beautiful being.

Feel how wonderful it is to bring in life force energy that's all around us and give it to our own being.

Each of the breaths that you bring in now,

Be aware of that.

This receiving the breath of life is exactly that.

It's the breath of this life.

It's the breath of all that is.

It's all around us.

It's always here.

We can draw into it as much or as little as we desire.

If we just stop every now and again,

Just think about this incredible breath.

We are literally breathing the divine into us because we are that.

We're nourishing our energy system,

Our light being.

We're honoring this delightful human that knows how to take in.

We honor the sweet human in the way that it does bring in the breath of life.

Sometimes we just breathe in a very shallow way.

In all the ways that we are breathing into this life and bringing the life into us,

An earth experience,

A 3D reality.

In this,

We are able to see so much because it is blatantly revealing itself to us,

All the contrast,

The hardship,

The pain,

And the suffering so that we can see.

Imagine that we could get to the point now in this delightful being that we can say,

I know how to see,

I know how to feel,

And I know how to perceive.

But I can stand here upon this earth,

This realm,

And I can understand what is going on around me because I'm able to witness this now beyond my own small frame of reference.

I'm able to understand and tap into all the energies that are moving in this field.

I have the capacity to do this,

I came in fully encoded for this.

We just want to stop for a moment now and ask that we can recode this system.

We thank this amazing mortal being,

This frame that has brought us here,

That has brought us to this point,

For every soul that has been part of our life,

For what it is that they brought to our awareness.
