Take a deep,
Deep breath into your being and then drop,
Drop,
Drop into this moment,
My sweetheart.
And as you connect into your own beautiful body,
Feel your heartbeat.
Become aware of yourself as a body,
A form.
And then hold the awareness that you're also holding another heartbeat within you and another little form in you.
And as you see yourself as the encapsulating energy,
This beautiful space,
The sense of who we are as our own being,
Holding a life within.
Feel that energy and feel what a gracious space this must be for this beautiful little being,
Resting inside of a gracious space.
And everything is being taken care of.
There's absolutely nothing to do but just rest in it and allow and trust.
And we imagine how lovely this is for this precious little being,
Just resting and growing,
Allowing and trusting.
And then bring your awareness back to you as your own body.
And imagine that you can see the space of energy around you like a sacred pod,
As if this is an energy womb.
And see yourself resting in that and have the same feeling come in that everything has been taken care of for you here.
Your heart is beating,
Your organs are functioning.
Everything that is part of your world is appearing as it must.
The air is coming and going through your being and there's sunlight and light and nourishment and people.
Imagine that this pod that you're in is a little wider,
A little deeper,
Has a little bit more variety.
And that because your senses are awakened and alert,
You can connect into what it is that you are seeing,
Sensing and perceiving.
And you have a mind that can interpret it.
And it's exact same that is happening right now from the little life within.
The sensing and the integrating and the connecting to what is around is exactly the same.
What is being revealed to your little baby is exactly what it needs to come into the fulfillment in the space.
And the energy field that is holding us is holding us so that we can come into the fulfillment of our energy space.
Let your own heart and mind create this idea that I am being taken care of,
Just as this beautiful body of mine is taking care of this new little life.
Giving it space to grow.
We are being given space to grow.
And we connect into that beautiful idea.
There is endless space in this dimension,
In this pod that we're in,
Endless potential.
And for the little baby within the womb,
Simply growing into its form,
That is endless potential.
Even though it may seem it is in a limited space,
It actually is limitless space.
Such incredible miracles are happening in every millisecond so that this beautiful baby can come to form and then emerge and then step into the next step of its beautiful emerging energy fields.
And that's exactly what we are doing.
As you feel the parallels of these two energy fields,
This precious child within,
Let your energy relax around you and open the space.
Feel those gracious arms,
Your gracious arms enveloping this life within and the gracious arms of absolute love enveloping you for the life that you are holding within the space.
There is this endless comfort,
Kindness,
Nurturing,
Compassion that is coming towards us.
And now as you step into your awareness of your own self,
Think about how wonderful it is that with the mind that we have,
When we come into our form,
That we can create.
There is a gift that comes into us that we're not relying upon creation coming into us as a baby,
But that we can actually create and make.
We can connect with others.
We can expand awareness by what it is that we are bringing in.
And think how wonderful that is that there is a co-collaboration here.
And that collaboration can be truly profound when we are in alignment with the energy of what it is that we are to do in this life.
What is the gift that we're bringing in by being in this form?
What is the gift of transformation that this form can bring in?
It's because we're in a form that something else can happen.
And we can actually witness ourselves in our own transformation.
And you can witness this life that is coming into its transformation since the moment inception the beginning began.
So amazing.
And this life is already moving along its timeline.
How wonderful is that?
We are all moving along our timeline.
And these little pods of awareness,
We simply expand from one to the other,
To the other,
To the other.
And every time we expand beyond this part and we move beyond our form,
We come into something much greater,
Much wider,
More amplified.
And let your whole mind and body come into a sense of ease for this,
A deep sense of peace and trust.
That no matter what this world is revealing to us as evidence,
We know for certain that we are walking along our timeline and we are having these ever expanding experiences.
And we are witnessing it.
It is just too glorious for words.
So ask now for the mindfulness of that to come into your being.
As you allow your body to rest in the place where you are,
Feel the heartbeat of your little sweetheart within and feel your own heartbeat.
And imagine those two heartbeats are synchronizing.
I belong to you and you belong to me.
And there is an agreement that this little one chose to come into your life and you chose for this little one to be part of yours.
Let this body of yours now rest into that agreement.
It's like we place ourselves in the comforting hands of another,
Trusting that they will take great care of us.
Let your heart open up as you imagine it going from your heart all the way down through your shoulders into your arms and into your hands into a huge circle of embrace.
Ask your body to rest deeply here and send a message now to your feet and ask them to relax deeply.
Thank them for every step that they have taken.
And everything you've seen and understood your knees and your ankles for the flexibility,
The ability to adjust,
To adjust our paths and to find different connections and the knees for absorbing the shock of every step.
The system that we call our body mind being,
It is a design that is so incredible that we cannot yet even begin to fathom it and send a beautiful message up to your hips now left and right and celebrate here on your right hand side,
This energy,
The masculine energy of strength and courage,
Activation,
Pursuing,
Doing,
Accomplishing,
And see how wonderful it is to have that energy in this life because we can activate the creative energy that is coming into us.
We can bring about a result and then celebrate the left side of your body,
Your feminine energy,
This beautiful energy that holds and connects into intuition and guidance that understands insight and gut feelings,
The energy of creation and co-creation,
Creativity.
And let this be your beginning point for every pursuit so that we can first start here for our imagination to be activated into the divine stream that is easy for us to access when we are in our left energy,
The feminine,
Allowing,
Trusting,
Giving,
Deserving,
Making space,
Beautiful view.
Then balance your hips and draw that balance all the way to your shoulders,
Drop your shoulders a little bit,
Relax your jaw,
The skin on your beautiful face.
And imagine you can smooth your brow and all the way around through the scalp.
These deep breaths come into your being and hold you and nourish you here.
Beautiful you rest deeply in your being.
We call in our guides and angels,
The divine presence.
We ask that we can receive in this time,
The blessings of insight and guidance,
Wellness and healing,
Light and love.
Whatever it is that will serve our most divine and most gracious life journey,
We ask that we can receive that.
Feel that wrapping around you now.
Give yourself permission here in the sacred place to simply waste and feel this beautiful little life within.
