We let this beautiful sound of a chime come into our awareness and hold yourself so gently here.
Drop down into the space,
Into this moment.
We thank our guides and Divine Presence for holding us so gently and here we are.
We're feeling this loving gentle light around us,
Flowing in us and through us.
We ask that in this time we can receive the guidance,
The information that our form requires so that we can take the next steps with more ease and more grace,
More light and more love.
So holding yourself in this gentle space,
Relax your body deeply now.
Drop drop drop.
Take a deep breath in and a long slow exhalation as you drop drop down.
Imagine that each time you breathe out that long exhalation that you are going into the wings of angels,
Falling back.
Nothing for you to hold on to or do or pursue and that we open our energy field to receive guidance,
Information.
Whatever it is it will help us to do this life journey with a little bit more grace and elegance,
With heightened clarity.
We ask the comfort of that awareness so that this mind and body can stop anguishing,
Stop wandering.
That it can just be here in this mind and body and I can be purposeful in this life,
Taking the steps that I'll for me to take without the clutter of the anxiety and the fear,
The trepidation and the wandering.
That I can feel a deep sense of assuredness that every step and every breath and every beat of my heart,
I'm simply taking a walk through this life experience.
I'm holding myself accountable in it as I witness everything that is moving around me and in me and through me.
Pay attention now to what it is that you are starting to become heightened aware about.
Begin to see yourself in the places where the doubt comes in,
The self doubt,
The limiting beliefs come in.
And feel what it feels like in your body when that comes in.
Become aware of the anguish in the mind and body.
And imagine that in that moment you can cue in to this beautiful human being a different way of holding that space from this moment forward.
Place yourself in a picture,
A recent event,
Where the limiting beliefs might have come in,
You might have felt anxious,
Immobile.
And in that moment feel what it feels like in this body,
With this mind and this sensory system to feel that tight space.
Imagine now that you can be witness to your own energy field right now.
That you see this and feel it and acknowledge it as part of an awareness that this human body is able to connect into.
Imagine that you are the person that is the witness to your own journey,
That you are the light seeing your life.
You are shining the light of you into this place and into this scenario so that you can truly see what it is that is being given to you as an experience to expand your awareness.
And imagine in the exact same moment as feeling in your humanness what it feels like in that moment.
That in the same moment you are aware of yourself having this feeling,
Having these connections and you are listening to your own thoughts.
And imagine that as you are listening to your own thoughts,
The part of you that is listening is your light being.
And there is a deep warmth and kindness,
Like a gentle hug of assurance that comes around your human form that says I know.
From what we have created in the belief systems that are holding us,
This is where we are now.
This reassuring holding,
No blaming,
No shaming,
No guilt,
I understand this is where we are now.
Where the caution that we have required to survive comes first into our awareness,
Locks us down,
Shuts us down,
Limits our being.
I know,
I understand.
And imagine that your body,
The being that is trying to protect you,
That is defending you in every possible way,
Relaxes into this warm loving embrace of kindness.
Like a child having a temper tantrum and then coming into the loving arms of a guardian,
A parent,
A loved one,
Where there is no judgement,
No shaming,
Blaming or scolding.
The child can simply feel its pain and frustration.
And because it is being so lovingly held,
It feels the kindness and it can begin to relax its body of all the tightness,
All the holding on for dear life.
And see that as you now relaxing deeply,
Deeply relaxing.
And all the while you can hear your light aspect reassuring you,
It's simply where we have come to,
It was necessary for us to get to this point.
But there is something else and I'm here to remind you of that.
And I'm here to reassure you that you are divinely and uniquely encoded within this being for the most magnificent life journey.
All the coding,
All the gifts,
They are already within you.
There is nothing special that you have to do or become or achieve or accomplish.
Nothing to pursue,
Nothing to do.
You are already encoded with this and let your body relax even more.
And then think about a scrape on your arm and how the body knows exactly what to do to create the scab,
To seal it up and protect it so healing can happen underneath.
Think about the wisdom of this body,
Your DNA that is functioning and all the cells and every awareness within them that is creating you for this journey.
There is absolutely nothing you have to do for that to happen.
All of this is happening because you hold the breath of life,
The life force energy within you and around you,
You are connected to all that is.
Deeply breathe into that.
With each breath,
Rest a little deeper into the arms of loving kindness,
The divine.
As you are resting,
Become aware that the energy of your being as light begins to open up in a little wider field around you.
Imagine this like ripples in a pond and imagine that for the longest time we have been held within this beautiful place with this ripple from one edge to another has held and contained us.
But we have been in a container,
In a space and we have held ourselves here and we have got ourselves here now.
And because the light is opening up around us we begin to see that this is just a little valley or a little trough within that indentation of that ripple and that there is a little bit of a climb to a point beyond which we cannot see.
That there is an awareness that there is more beyond that.
And imagine that as you let go,
Like floating in water,
When we release and let go all our holding,
When we trust and allow and soften our being,
The floating is so easy,
We feel held and supported by this body of water.
And become aware that you are being pulled up this little incline.
And the more gentle and allowing and trusting you can create within your mind,
Body being,
The easier it is to just simply let go,
Let go and let the flow carry you.
Trust where you are going,
Trust that you are divinely and uniquely encoded and allow.
We have no idea what is at the point of this precipice.
And when we reach it now,
In the soft and gentle space,
There is no shift to the way we are being held.
We are still being held in exactly the same way.
The more I relax and the more soft and gentle I become,
The more buoyant I am.
So buoyant now that I am almost unable to know whether I am floating or flying.
And then feel this movement down the side into the next beautiful ripple,
A wider more expansive open space.
We slide down into that beautiful container,
That space that is going to hold us now.
There is nothing known to us here.
There is absolutely nothing here that is the content of that last place we were at.
Allow yourself to feel completely assured that the space does not inform you,
That you are already informed,
Encoded,
That the space is the place that will hold us as we create and experience,
Inspire,
Activate.
That the space is a space and that the coding that we have that brought us to this place knows how to switch on.
Imagine that this is heightened awareness,
DNA that has not yet been switched on beginning to switch on because this space can hold and support that energy.
Relax your body and simply allow.
With all my heart and with all my soul I rest here.
I allow the magnificence of my being to switch on.
The space that I have opened up now to come into,
A broader perspective,
Heightened awareness.
I feel completely supported and held here and I trust that all that is to come to me and through me will happen in the perfect time,
In the perfect way,
With the perfect connections.
Here I am.
I hold the consciousness of this mind,
Body,
Being.
I hold the awareness of all those who are part of this life journey and I expand the reach of my light energy towards all beings of life and light.
May the energy that I'm holding support life and support those with whom I'm connected.
Feel that beautiful energy flowing in you and through you and around you.
Just breathe into it.
We connect our heart to the energy of absolute love,
Absolute grace.
Rest deeply into your heart energy.
With all my heart and with all my soul I hold myself in this moment.
I see this as a moment in all time and I am marking it well.
I remember who I am,
Divine being of light and love.
We gently bring our awareness back to this beautiful body,
This form that is holding us in this life.
Picture yourself in your mind's eye,
Here where you are resting,
This beautiful form.
Think about those who are closest to you as the first ripple around you.
As you are here,
One beautiful drop in the body of all that is in consciousness.
The ripple that is around you,
You have created.
Those you love and those you hold and those who support you,
The closest to you.
Think about you and the journey and the impact that you are creating,
It equally creates for them.
Become aware that when we are mindful about our drop,
The intention and the impact of us,
That it creates into the energy fields of those around us.
Imagine that our being here could be the greatest gift to all life.
Now reaffirm that into this body,
Feel your form,
Your strength.
Become aware of your body in this time and space.
Feel held and supported.
Thank our guides,
Angels,
Divine presence,
We hold this space with so much love and gratitude for the kindness that is coming towards us.
We start to tune into the time of day,
Into the season,
The temperature.
Listen to the sounds around you and let it bring you back to this moment.
Awaken your senses to this time,
Place,
This reality and feel the glow of your light being that is you as extended version of this beautiful human being,
Constantly around you as an orb of divine light intelligence.
When you are ready to come back into this world,
We take a deep breath in and breathe out with a deep ahhhh,
Deep breath in and ahhhh,
Deep breath in and ahhhh.
So much love here my darling,
Thank you for your life and your journey,
So much love.
Namaste.
And when you are ready to come back fully,
We can do this life with a little bit more ease and grace.
La Repeat
