Forever The Seeker

I hold the Peace that I seek, the clarity that I enjoy and the Grace for which my Soul yearns. Here in my Heart, I hold the code of Love, Peace, Harmony. We are the ones showing the way home with this Light we hold. It lights up the pathway with the yearning of our Soul. I stop searching outside of me to reveal to me what I have been seeking. I recognize my Gift of Love.

Now we allow this beautiful mind and this body and this soul to relax deeply into this moment.

Feel like you are being held lovingly here.

Feel like grace,

Love and light is holding you.

And let your whole being drop heavily into the arms of gravity.

Let your body rest deeply now.

Soothe your mind,

Soothe the skin on your beautiful face,

Relax your jaw,

Relax your scalp,

Your forehead,

Drop your shoulders.

Feel your breath coming through you soothing you with every in breath and releasing deeply with every out breath.

As you feel the rhythm of your breath and your life,

I welcome into this world and into my life all that which is for my most sacred and most divine life journey and only that.

And welcome that into you.

And as you breathe out we release and let go of all that which no longer serves us.

We celebrate ourselves in this beautiful body,

In this life.

As the breath of life moves in us and through us,

We feel the energy of our heart.

Connecting in now to your amazing heart,

We thank the heart that beats,

For the blood that flows and for the life that it supports in this human being.

But we also thank the heart for never forgetting,

The ability to hold the energy of home.

We are always seeking home,

We are seeking the energies of harmony and peace and love and graciousness and gratitude and compassion.

And the heart seeks us.

We are forever the seeker while we are here doing this human journey,

Seeking for this that we long for.

And then we realise that we have been carrying it deep within us all along.

We seek to find it outside of us,

In our connections,

In our collaborations,

In relationships.

But we are the ones holding it all the while.

And if right now we could truly hear that,

We connect to our heart and feel the connection here to the signal that we hold that says,

I am home,

In me.

All this that I seek to validate and show me and reflect towards me,

I already carry it within me.

And the moment we come into that deep inner certainty,

We begin to rest more deeply,

More fully,

More clearly.

I am the peace that I seek,

I am the clarity that I enjoy,

I am the kindness that I yearn for.

And then we begin to hold it and claim it and feel it at our centre and we begin to transmit it now that if I am the one holding this that I am always seeking and now I look within and I find it right here,

Right here.

So perfectly hidden,

Nothing could ever take it away.

No amount of human pain and suffering,

Atrocities,

Hatred and awfulness has ever taken away our yearning for love,

Kindness and compassion,

Peace and harmony.

We as a species have never forgotten that.

It is that that calls us to seek it for more,

To find it,

But we've always been looking outside of ourselves for this and it's right here.

And if I am the one that can hold it and if I am the one that has been holding it through all time,

Then what is the use of this body and this form that can hold a signal?

What is the idea of that and why was it embedded and encoded into this being and placed in my heart as a desire?

And why am I here as this form now?

What is it that this all makes sense if I just stop and consider it?

That I am the holder of something so immensely precious and I'm here in a form and the form is holding me and the thought and the feeling.

I could equally not be in my form,

I could be my light being and know this,

But for some reason I'm in a form and then I understand it's because through the form I transform,

We go beyond the form and we are the ones who are showing the way by holding the signal deep within us,

We are showing the way home.

We are lighting up the pathway with the desire and the yearning of our soul.

So now we ask that we can come home to deep within,

But I stop searching outside of me,

I stop asking for governments and people and conditions to show up in a way that is acceptable.

I let go of all conditions,

Validations,

All requirements,

I let go of all attachments and I simply allow myself to be the one that is holding something so beautiful and then the next step is I've got to trust me.

The next step for me is to trust me,

That I can stay here in my form for as long as I am required to be and that it's over with.

I can be here in my form for as long as I need to be and that it's okay for me to hold this in my form for as long as I need to hold it,

But I hold it now observing and witnessing me and I can be here in my form for as long as I need to be and that it's okay for me to hold this in my form for as long as I need to hold it,

But I hold it now observing and witnessing me in a whole new way.

I begin to see me in a whole new way.

There's no pursuing,

No pushing,

No doing,

No conditions,

No forcing of any kind.

It is simply me honouring me in a form so that the gift that I'm holding within me can awaken into the energy of transformation,

Go beyond the form.

It cannot go beyond the form if I have not seen it as light.

We ask now that we begin to see it as light.

I'm simply holding it and because I see it and because I can hold it and see it,

I can begin to reflect it out of me.

I can begin to transmit it from me.

Imagine that we light up ourselves from the very centre now in the agreement and the deepest memory.

Who am I?

A divine being of light and love.

We come back into agreement with self here at my throat,

Across my chest,

My collarbones,

My head,

My body,

My shoulders,

My jaw.

I relax the space and open it.

I see the light in my eyes,

In my effort,

In my patience.

I speak into the energy of allowing,

Willing,

Remembering.

I remember,

I allow,

I hold,

I honour,

I trust and I speak into the vibrational field,

I am a divine being of light and love.

I speak it deep into my heart and into every fibre,

Bone,

Marrow,

Bone marrow tissue and telomere of my being into every atom I am a divine being of light and love and in the claiming of this I remember see yourself so beautiful so clear luminous translucent energy all around you as you are glowing this as radiance into the space around you nothing can take it away nothing can bring it down or destroy it in any way at all it is not in a place that is vulnerable it is held within me it is energy it cannot be taken it cannot be broken and it cannot be dampened I hold and claim the energy that I am because I am feel the perfection of your body the solidness of your form feel the strength of your mind and body see yourself making a commitment to your own being to show up in this world as your most excellent being and we awaken here the pineal chakra we awaken to our deepest memories I remember I remember in the single stream of divine light that I am within I connected now to the light of who I am in all that is I connect the divine light of my beingness into my eternal luminous being no longer separate no longer alone I can feel this connection so powerfully entering now into the top of the crown bathing and cleansing clearing cauterizing and refreshing this beautiful form all the struggle all the enduring all the hardship all the pursuing and doing this body rests deeply now and the light comes in and refreshes me there is a deep inner peace and calm as the flow enters my being I am in flow my body is healthy and well I'm activating my energy in the most perfect way I remember who I am a divine being of light and love the carrier of many codes I am the way home I am the light that opens up the pathway and clears the space so that I can find my way home and because I hold my light so beautifully those who can see the light will know this too and they will find their way and while we are finding our way back within and while we are glowing it all around us the glow of this effervescent luminous light it begins to reveal the light to the many whose eyes have been closed may they see the light may I be the light so that they may see the light hold it at the center of your being and draw it all the way down through all your chakras right down to the soles of your feet we are standing upon this amazing planet this beautiful earth it is holding us gently graciously lovingly it kindly forgives us of all that we have created and starts again we embed this beautiful energy through us into the earth connecting our frequency like a conduit a portal of light I send my energy down into the earth with so much love and gratitude thank you for holding me thank you for being a mother nurturing me and showing me beauty and teaching me through nature and life thank you for the light and the sunshine and the air thank you for all the creatures and all the plants and the diversity and beauty let this gratitude awaken any men's waves upon your heart and in your soul they bring you to a place of knowing and remembering and standing strong within my being the stronger I stand the greater the connection I see myself in my life and all that is around me and all the swirling chaos and the uncertainty and the fear and I see myself standing in the space anyway I simply stand here anyway those who will see will see and those who will hear will hear and I will stand here marking the space that I am in this mind this body in the soul I will carefully and confidently and courageously hold my space my light does not depend on another I alone can ignite it my light is a unique code that I alone can tap into it has a vibration and a frequency that can match the frequency into which we are to move it is like a key that opens up a portal a light pathway the stronger I can hold this energy and feel myself as a light portal and the holder of the key that is right within me the easier it will be for everyone around me allow yourself to sense the willingness within you to be this I'm willing I allow I give this to me and I deserve and I claim it so that it may be a gift for all those who have gone before I claim and hold this energy of love I am a divine being of light and love I stand in my strength and courage my beauty I stand in my magnificence radiating light in all directions tuning in to the highest vibration that we can hold and we let this beautiful signal of energy the vibration that is coming through it move right through your beautiful being my light being enters my human being merges and connects perfectly I am aligning all of who I am honoring this beautiful human being and the form that I am that is a gift to transform we bring both beautiful vibrations together the light the life and we connect them and see them begin to swirl so we take the deep breaths into this beautiful being and nourish this body in this mind with the breath of life and we feel this lovely energy coming in and we greet it with a deep inner breath body opens and expands and we breathe out ah infusing this body with delicious oxytocin streams of energy take a deep breath in and breathe out breath of life comes flowing in and through and nourishing us one more breath deep breath in and breathe out so much love in you through you and around you may your life be a beautiful blessing to you and to all lives now see yourself in your beautiful chrysalis you're part of light and love on the outer edge of this you put the mirror like surface because like a still clear pond we can reflect and those who are part of our life can see themselves in our reflection but we stay right in the center clear neutral connected beautiful so much love to you my darling
