Deepest Healing At The Point Of Pain

We hold the connections to the immense cords and codes of pain so that we can activate the deepest and most profound healing as far back as the creation of that trauma signal. In this way, we can heal our lines of the tragedy that keeps reflecting on our now-life experience. No more repeating patterns of misery.

All right my sweet.

So now we are going to work deeper and deeper into our energy of the family,

Into the land.

And we ask that we access all the way back to the beginning points of the imprints of pain,

Despair,

Destitution,

Of blocking,

Defending,

Deflecting,

Denying,

All this energy that created a great deal of need to be vigilant,

Fearful,

Anxious.

So we ask that we can connect right down into that stream of energy and we can because we have had experiences in this very now experience of life.

And we have felt elements of it.

And we know what it feels like and we know what it touches into our being and how it reacts in our system.

And we thank this amazing body for being able to feel and connect to ancient imprints and to tell us in this time reality now how it feels.

There would be no way that we could go all the way back and feel exactly what was being felt in that time.

But feelings have vibration,

They have a resonance.

And if we can reenact and we can have some situation come up in this lifetime that has the same resonance,

Then it is as if we found a beam of light like an energy synaptic cord that can transport us from this moment all the way back into that moment.

So we let our mind and body agree that we are the ones who are here now.

And we are the ones experiencing and feeling this life.

And we know what it looks like from within this little model that we have created.

And we know what it feels like inside of this body.

And we can see the impact in our family.

We can see how it has distorted so much of their living,

Created shutdowns and blocks,

Lack of fulfillment,

A sense that there is no opportunity,

That there is a loss,

A loneliness,

Destitute.

And know that in you as well.

Imagine that you're pulling all these threads of awareness and you're pulling them together like stalks of a bunch of flowers.

And you're holding that in your hand.

And as you are holding it,

We imagine that you are holding,

You have a grasp on life.

These beautiful flowers,

They are life and they are living force.

And they have bloomed because they have been rooted into earth.

They have been nourished and fed,

Watered.

And the evidence of that growth is this bunch of flowers in your hand.

And we know that some of these flowers grew in very difficult places,

But they grew anyway.

And feel a deep respect and honoring and awe for this life that will be anyway.

And imagine every one of these flowers represents the energies that the different people in your family and line have been holding.

That one of them might be the energy of destitution.

That one of them might be the energy of despair.

And one of them might be this cut off energy from creativity,

A disconnect.

And we ask that the awareness of whatever we are holding in our hand encompasses all the pain of this family.

And that you,

As the beautiful being,

You are able to hold them and feel like the holding energy and the graciousness of the willingness to hold.

And see that in your own energy field,

You have never walked away from this,

Even when it has been incredibly challenging,

Even when you doubted whether you could cope,

Even when it seemed so terrifying.

You always found a way.

Because you are the holder,

Not just of all these pains,

But you are the one that holds the key at the same time.

The one who can hold this and feel it has the direct link that is the key through the emotional and the energy content to the exact point of the beginning of that pain as a disturbance in your family's line.

Whatever has been locked in,

Now we imagine because we have the key and the willingness to hold lovingly and graciously this family.

And the deep desire to set us free.

And the ripple that goes from that is more than what we can ever fathom.

Feel the love of your heart now,

The compassion of who you are.

Feel your energy right now.

And allow yourself to agree with you that you are a divine light healer.

That your awareness is able to travel through all time,

Into all nuances and understandings.

And it is for that reason that you are able to help so many.

Because you know and you understand.

You have a deep inner connection to the divine wisdom as guidance.

And everything that has happened in your own life has been growing you.

Growing your strength,

Your courage,

Your beauty,

Your determination.

For a moment rest upon the space of your immense determination.

I will survive this.

I will complete my divine life mission.

I will bring completion,

Resolution to all the pain and suffering in my life.

So that I can leave a legacy for those to come.

Allow yourself to know that and to remember it now.

As your body rests deeply with every breath coming into your body.

Feel as if you are giving your mind body being the gift of being nurtured,

Loved and adored,

Deeply honored.

And each time you are breathing out ask your beautiful body to start unlocking all the spaces of pain.

All the awarenesses that you have been carrying and embedded into your system.

With each breath in more light comes in,

More love,

More flow and it goes directly to the points of pain.

See it rippling from you into your family.

Where is their pain?

Where are they struggling?

Is it in their joints?

Is it in their blood stream,

In their organs?

Is it in their mind,

In their skin?

Is it in the awareness around them beyond the body but just in awareness?

A sense of being alienated,

Forgotten,

Lost.

Become aware of all the spaces that you are holding.

And then think about how you have been holding on for dear life.

And ask your body now to relax away from that idea.

To release the idea of struggle that is embedded in holding on for dear life.

You know this energy of surrender and allowing for you.

Feel it now,

Falling back into the wings of angels.

Releasing into the arms of gravity.

Releasing all the weight and all the burdens and everything that you have been carrying as hardship.

Now releasing all the energies of guilt,

Shame and blame.

We release here in the space around the throat all ancient codes,

Chords,

Oaths,

Curses that were laid upon my line.

All memberships,

All associations,

All alliances to energies,

To beings,

To groups,

To tribes,

To organizations that no longer serve us.

We are no longer in the space of creating these alliances to survive.

The energy inside of that is too dark,

Too oppressive,

Too controlling.

Imagine now that we can open up the space as the breath comes into you and you relax in a space within you.

Breathe it out.

Release it,

Let it go.

Let it go.

Ask your being that knows how to do this to do it for you.

Apply no effort at all.

Simply trust and give the instruction to your mind,

Body,

Being that you are in the perfect space right now to hold,

To agree and to release.

And trust the divine orchestration of this,

The gracious gift here I give through my mind,

Body and the presence of my being.

The most gracious gift I can give to my line,

This is my legacy.

This is the gift.

This is the reason I'm holding the space of my family sacred.

I've never forsaken my family.

I have never allowed them to feel lost or alone even though I have known that energy within myself.

Somehow you have always found the strength,

The inner courage,

The absolute determination.

Stepping into your magnificence,

You have found a way to hold,

To protect,

To shield,

To defend,

To lovingly be careful.

You have always found a way.

You have never forsaken your family.

Release that energy and now release the guilt and the shame and the blame from the forefathers who made terrible choices,

Our great-great-great-grandmothers and all the way back who made terrible choices in terrible times and we could not begin to understand why they made those choices.

We begin to understand it now,

That we are on a journey of expansion and awareness.

We are on a journey to awaken us and to innovate our energy fields into the depths of compassion and kindness.

Every extreme that I have ever known in this life,

Become aware of all the streams that you know in great hardship.

At these points of immense pain,

Right there we find the point.

It is at the point of this that two lines intersect to create a point and the two lines of the deepest choice we could ever make.

Choose to remain in despair,

Anger,

Hate,

Guilt,

Shame,

Blame,

Revenge,

Bitterness and choose the trajectory that takes us along that path or at the point of pain,

Awaken into who we truly are and innovate ourselves out of the perception of just this body,

Just this life,

Into the awareness of this being connected to all life through all time.

Feel that the choice that you've been making up to now is always towards the higher vibration of alignment.

You find ways to meditate,

To sit still with your being,

To find your inner truth,

To nurture that part of you that feeds you,

Reminds you,

Holds you.

Beautiful you.

Rest here a little bit.

Just breathe.

Just breathe.

Just breathe.

Feel like you are emptying out all the residue,

All the pain,

All the hardship through all time,

Releasing it and letting it go.

This beautiful light,

This pink-orange light,

Agree that despair blocks us if we try to contain it.

And imagine that you're opening up your beautiful vessel,

Your vehicle of being and you're letting in this glorious orange-pink light,

This glow that is profoundly healing into all the shadows and dark spaces,

Into all the pain.

I release my inner light towards it.

May it touch my siblings,

My family right now.

May it touch the places of pain of every member of my family right now.

May it unlock those imprints of energy.

I see them.

I know them.

I am holding them with such grace and love.

They are beautiful flowers of expression.

Open it up.

Breathe it in.

Expand it into light.

Now watch the ripple effect of this light glowing and allow it to move further away from you in this life experience and start to move and glow into the energy layers of ancient pathways,

Ancient connections,

Clearing,

Healing.

I ask the highest vibration of love and light,

The divine light,

To come into this now.

I call upon my guides.

I call upon my ancestors to participate now,

To open up the heart of energy of love and light and to embrace the deepest,

Most profound healing all the way back,

All the way forward,

That we clear our paths so that we as a species can begin again.

We allow for that beginning again when we realize that all the pain that was known was only ever pointing us in the direction of our greatest choice.

We choose again now and we choose on behalf and in honor of the immense suffering that has guided us towards this point.

Let the passion of that be felt in your heart and imagine your heart opening like sunrise,

Sunlight,

Warm,

Generous,

Clear,

Beautiful,

Expansive,

Ever-changing,

And feel the flexibility within you that we do not stop the beautiful morning light,

The sunrise,

And the glow.

We watch it in every moment change and become brighter and brighter into the full midday light,

And the landscape changes and then begins to soften off and everything changes again as the soft,

Gentle light comes in.

And then think about the coolness at the end of the day,

The calmness,

And the twilight,

And think about rest here and peace so that when we awaken,

We can see again,

We can live again in the bright clarity of this that is our life.

Breathe into it.

Feel the grace,

Deep,

Profound healing in this space now.

As you are holding this,

Direct this light to wherever you need to precisely place it now.

Feel the love in your heart and this immense compassion.

Thank your beautiful body for being able to know what it's like to connect,

To feel,

Honor your being,

For feeling so much.

I feel so deeply so that I can heal so deeply.

Begin to breathe into your beautiful body.

Relax as you breathe this breath out.

Bring a deep peace and flow,

Ease and grace to your being.

Listen to the sounds around you.

Connect back to where you are right now.

Bring your awareness to your very center and affirm into your solar plexus that you are a divine being of light and love,

A healer,

And that your life and everything that you planned is perfectly on time.

And now for having given so much of your life to the awakening and the healing of this cord in your family,

This bunch of awarenesses,

Allow yourself to visualize you holding this beautiful bunch of flowers and placing them into a vase with water.

And imagine that you took all the holding that you have been keeping inside of you and you place it into the vase that it's no longer yours to hold,

But it's yours to see and enjoy the beauty of this arrangement.

The beauty of all is within this.

And we put it down and then embrace our life moving forward from this point into a whole new expression of being.

May this bring you a deep peace,

My treasure,

A deep love,

And the deepest connection to all that is for your most high divine life journey.

This practice allowed the final light to touch the farthest pain source which was in every cell , organ and system since I was 4 to continue up to 5am today. I was finally guided to this meditation and as I listened, I felt the dis-cords pull together in such quantity and depth that it was difficult to discern the nuances of each cord. So much gratitude to you for bringing me to this place of resolution.

I see this now.. this continual cleansing and resolving .. is what my purpose is and why I haven’t been able to find it outside of me. It is so very big, yet appears so small to the outside world... but that’s okay... I feel it’s value deep within... and I thank you for being with me on this journey

I loved this experience and was completely in the flow until...when the recording had about 7 minutes and 36 seconds left, it completely cut off. The timer kept going but there was absolutely no talking. Could you please help with this, I would love to finish this meditation.
