Connecting To Clarity

Drop all the burdens into the arms of gravity. Feel loved, held and supported in this space that you are allowing yourself to rest into. Marking this moment in time, honouring the lineage and our own form being that is giving us this Life opportunity. I am able to reach into the potential of my path as I Know that the Flow of Divine is in my path. At some point on each path, we will need to consider the choice point. We can stop, reflect and then redirect.

We take a deep breath into this beautiful body and this beautiful being.

And as you breathe out,

Let yourself drop into this moment.

And feel like this moment has been waiting for you through all time.

That you can bring yourself fully into the awareness of where you are.

And honour this moment in your entire journey.

And see yourself here,

Present with everything that you've pulled along with you and you're experiencing to this point.

See yourself at a point,

Getting the point,

Marking this point.

We ask that when we stand here so consciously and clear,

That we hold this space of beautiful neutrality.

That there's no push or pull either way in any direction but simply standing here in this space.

Feel like this is the space now.

Give yourself permission to be fully present.

This body can take care of you here.

The body's going to breathe for you.

Feel this generous breath coming in.

Feel the ease and the relief with being able to release the breath.

Let go,

Release,

Let go.

And feel how easy that is.

No effort at all.

Beautiful breaths come in,

Flow in.

Beautiful breath releases and lets go.

Following the breath,

Following this moment.

Notice how easy it is just to be here.

Your heart is going to beat and all your organs and all your systems and everything is taking care of you.

There is absolutely nothing you have to do right now to ensure that you will survive.

Have all your weight,

All the burdens and everything you're holding into the arms of gravity.

And feel held and supported and loved here.

There is no judgment,

No condemnation,

No shame,

No blame.

There is no one to blame you or judge you.

It's just you and the space.

But it is you and your higher awareness,

Your conscious self resting inside of this beautiful body in this moment of time.

Become aware of that lineage of your light being your higher self,

Being present in this beautiful form that is a gift.

The gift that helps us through the form to be informed and then to perform with each other.

And at some point we just stop playing all the games.

And we realize that everything we've been doing,

All our interacting is so that we will remember who we are.

And I allow myself here to remember who I am,

That I am a divine light being.

And the form is going to bring this information of my light into the space so that we can hold the energy for all beings to transform.

Simply holding a light,

Holding a space,

See this as a marking of a potential that you're willing to hold in you because you are pure potential.

So here I am in this body,

In this time,

And in this moment.

And here I have all my memories and all my recollections of my life,

My journey.

I have the awareness of this life journey and I have the nuances and the deep embedded memories of all journeys.

I also hold the codes,

The imprints of my ancestors.

It's remarkable how much we hold.

And we so shame and blame ourselves for what we feel and what we dread.

And these are just markers and signals that say,

Please remember this,

Please remember when you feel like this,

Take action,

Do something because your life depends upon it.

We can stand here in this moment and understand that,

Understand that this entire species endeavor to survive has been the greatest achievement.

We've done it because we've been hyper vigilant,

Hyper alert and wired towards it.

Our entire reactive system is geared towards this.

And all we ever needed was to be able to run away or to fight like crazy or to freeze.

This is all we ever needed because it had to be quick and it had to be fast.

And we hoped it would work.

We never inspired ourselves to find another way because this seemed like the only way that we could just survive.

And it has helped us as a species get to this point.

And now we are at this point and now we're saying,

But there must be more because our heart is remembering something and it is calling us towards it.

And remembering there is something else.

But we cannot find it when we are stuck in a mindset we've become locked into in a system that is running this system.

So we allow ourselves to rest here now and recognize the great journey to acknowledge all the imprints and pain and hardship and suffering.

And to give great love to those who went before for passing these messages along so ardently that they would be embedded within the energetic genetic system and I would inherit them.

And I thank them for this gift that said,

You are so precious.

You are to be here in this existence and I am to find a way so that you can be here.

We can stand here now and thank everyone who has gone before us for finding a way.

We let go of all the shaming and the blaming,

The judgment and self persecution.

We let go of the guilt that we carry,

This burden of guilt.

Because we know that terrible choices were made in terrible times and our heart can open up with such immense love,

Understanding that this pain has truly been a terrible burden of pain.

And in this moment with all my heart and all my soul,

I release those who came before me from all shame and blame,

Judgment,

Anger,

Guilt,

Hate and revenge and I release these from me knowing that I've only had to hold them to the point of recognizing them.

Once I recognize the value of it,

I get the value.

See the value and the gift that has been passed on.

See it now fully and clearly in this beautiful neutral space of absolute inner peace and calm.

See the gift.

Allow your body to be very restful here.

Focus in on your own beautiful body.

Bring your sensing within.

Sense the energy around your feet and thank your feet for taking all the steps of this life,

For finding a way.

Draw your energy up to the calves and shins and think about movement.

Bless your life for being able to move and flow.

Then send a loving thought to your knees.

Think how the knees absorb the shock of every step we take.

How incredible is it that there is a part of us that knows how to absorb the shock of our life.

Bring love to the awareness of this mechanism within us that protects us and helps us to continue to move forward.

And then think about the strong muscles of the upper legs.

Think about the energy here of courage,

Determination,

Even stubbornness.

Think about balance and movement.

And then we bring our awareness to our hips.

Aware of the left and then the right.

And the left and the right side of this entire body.

And it's so remarkable because right here in this one container,

This body,

We have two systems running.

Running within the feminine energy flow on the left and the masculine flow on the right.

That we can activate the masculine energy movement towards and from and away.

That we can be inspired to do everything from the beautiful energy that we hold on the left of the feminine,

The guided,

The intuitive.

And the part of us that is able to assimilate these energy fields,

We hold right here at our solar plexus.

Right in the center of our being,

We are aware of our being in all the directions of itself.

Up,

Down,

Back,

Front,

Left,

Right.

Become aware of the balance that you create by being in your center.

Feel this as a stabilizing inner core holding you.

Create this inner core,

Your solar plexus,

And the journey of awakening that is awakening us right here at this point.

What an amazing gift it is for us to find ourselves here now at this pivotal time of our human experience.

And now able to see and value the experiencing to this point.

And because we know we know how to do this against all odds,

That there is nothing that we cannot do that is in the space that is to come.

That we are fully equipped,

We are divinely and uniquely encoded within for the magnificence of this life journey.

Hear the words,

I am divinely and uniquely encoded for the magnificence of this life journey.

That you as a sovereign being hold codes and awarenesses from way back since the beginning.

And you are holding them now.

What a vital,

Wonderful role we have to be able to be the one that stands right here at this pivotal moment,

Transformation.

With all this knowing,

What would we do with this?

We have an absolute wonderful choice here.

Here at our center of our being,

We either take everything that we have done,

Known,

And experienced through all time,

And we place it into the small energy field of shame,

Blame,

Guilt,

Sadness,

Terror.

Or we open up the field and elevate the energy and expand our vortex to the gift of this knowing.

We release all the blaming and the shaming,

The doubt and the guilt,

All the fear,

All the energies of entrapment and manipulation.

We stand here in our sovereign being of light and love.

Let your energy hold you and support you and let it awaken within you this incredible knowing,

This gift.

Standing in a beautiful column of downward-pouring light,

I receive this light in me and through me,

Clear and cleanse every cell,

Bone,

Marrow,

Tomb,

Every part of your being,

Every atom,

Every telomere.

As this glorious energy pulls in you and through you,

Feel the vibration of it and let it move into yourselves.

Acknowledge yourself receiving the highest vibration of light and love that I can hold at this time.

I'm willing to receive.

This light flows into me and I begin to tune in.

I begin to listen with the ear of my light being.

I begin to listen for who I truly am and the voice within me that guides me,

My intuition,

My instinct,

My heightened awareness and I understand that my entire life has been directed so that I can be here.

Let this bring towards your form,

Your being,

The sound that stabilizes,

Strengthens,

Comforts this mind and body.

I stand in my absolute truth.

Feel the stabilizing energy.

Imagine that this is the vibration that holds your body intact,

In place,

In safety,

In wellness,

We tune into our light being to guide this life being and we bring these energy fields like two streams into a single stream of consciousness.

No longer playing in the energy of duality at the very center of my being.

My being of light guides my being of life.

All these beautiful frequencies,

Imagine that we can open up the space of receiving more and more.

Not deserve because I've suffered,

But I deserve because this is a gift and if I receive it,

I can give more of this gift.

Allow yourself to feel that sense of right goodness about it,

Purity of it.

Let this open the throat.

We connect here to our expansive awareness,

To our creativity.

It is easy for me to breathe.

It's easy for me to create,

To speak my truth,

To stand in my light.

It's easy for me to do this.

And all it takes is for me to remember to open my heart,

This beautiful heart that is calling us home,

This beautiful heart that is home,

That is always calling us away from the contrast of aesthetic towards something else.

It's not a coincidence that this happens.

It is our inner compass.

It is guiding us home.

It remembers.

It will never forget.

It is calling for peace and harmony and love.

It is calling for grace,

Kindness and compassion.

My heart is guiding me home.

I am opening this frequency in my own heart.

I am giving this frequency to me so that I can vibrate within it,

Amplify the energy through the heart-mind connection,

Opening up the electromagnetic field through my thinking and feeling,

Through my mind and my heart.

Once we actively activate our electromagnetic field,

We decide what it is that we would love to draw towards us magnetically.

When our mind understands that this is for the highest good of all life,

That what I decide to give to me is of great value to all life,

It is what we all seek in the collective.

And if one person is willing to draw it into their form,

It can transform the energy in the space and the place that they alone can hold.

If you are willing to do this,

Then the place that you are holding becomes a portal of light and you are the transformer.

And your willingness to receive is the gracious gift of being able to transmit.

Opening portals of light and holding the gracious space that we are in,

This is our greatest gift.

There is nothing as wonderful as this.

If we do just this for the entire life journey,

It will be more than enough.

If we consciously hold the space we're in to bring in higher consciousness and to embrace it in our being,

To let this beautiful form transform what a gift this is.

Let your mind rest in that gift and take away all the ideas of must,

Should,

And have to,

Pursuing and doing to achieve,

Dropping all the ideas of validation and conditional energy,

Alliance and dependence,

Need.

It is such a sweet place to come.

When we connect into this pure,

Clear thread of light,

We reconnect here at our solar plexus.

There is a deep embedded memory here,

Our divine and sacred agreement.

The first part of our agreement we created before we took form and we agreed to be here and to know and feel,

To experience,

To connect and collide.

But we also agreed that there would come a point where we would stop that game and we would stop so that we could see again,

Choose again,

And that we could start a new trajectory.

This is the greatest gift that we can give.

This is truly the greatest gift that we can give.

And it is a simple agreement with ourself and the deepest memory awakened and the willingness to hold the space so the light can come in.

What a wonderful gift this is.

And here with all my heart and all my soul,

I hold the space so lovingly,

So gently,

So with immense grace and integrity.

My body and my mind is calm and soothed,

Open to possibilities.

See yourself standing in the place that you alone can hold.

Visualize it as a place that you can bring into your mind imagination and awareness.

The light is pouring into you,

Through you,

And you are anchoring it into the ground.

This portal of light is now shining through you as the holder of this portal of light,

The receiver of this continuous flow of divine light.

Now see yourself opening up light beams around you in every direction.

Imagine that every pathway that you've opened up as streams or beams of light are pathways of potential and possibility.

And they are all guiding us towards something.

Something is unknown and there is great peace in that because we know that we are receiving the highest vibration that will help us,

Hold us,

And sustain us,

Guide us,

And uplift us within the space that we are holding as we are holding it now.

We are standing very still and waiting until we are clear about which way we can go.

And the comfort we bring into this mind and body is that this light that we are generating out from us is like a flashlight,

Multifaceted diamond light.

And all the shards of light are the prismic light dancing off the facets.

And every light belongs to this diamond.

They are simply facets of the diamond.

So every light pathway from this diamond is the perfect light.

And when I walk with this light in me,

This light illuminates like a flashlight to a point if I'm standing still and I can see a point where it becomes darker again because the light can't reach all the way until I take the journey.

Until I take the steps,

The light will appear to only take me so far.

But if I choose that path and any path is perfect when I'm at my center,

If I take that path,

Then every step I am taking,

I am illuminating it with the divine light.

There is such ease and comfort in this.

There's no right or wrong,

No good,

No bad at all.

It is simply me choosing to take a path that is filled with possibility.

And I'm absolutely confident in this,

Open to whatever it might be,

Able to reach into the potential of it enormously because I'm absolutely confident that the divine light is guiding me into it.

And it is the perfect path for me to take now until I am asked once again to just stop,

Stop,

Reflect,

And then redirect.

And when I do stop,

I have not stopped.

I'm just at a consideration point,

A choice point.

The light is still pouring into me through the crown and I'm still anchoring it into the earth.

But we will have these stopping points to reconsider what it is that we are doing,

To be more mindful and more thoughtful as we adjust into every pathway that is unfolding for us.

Let the confidence of this fill your being with an absolute strength,

Courage,

Delight.

Let it inspire you in every step and every breath of this life journey.

And may it bring to your being deep sense of peace.

We take a breath and come back into the awareness of this body that can hold us,

In the most magnificent way.

Feel the strength of your body,

The clarity of your mind.

Become aware of the crystal light now,

Realigning you right through your center.

Feel this absolute connection,
