Beyond My Life Form

I connect my life and light being in a single stream of aligned energy that flows through every aspect of my life journey. One single stream flowing through my system to replenish, revitalize and reconnect this life into the highest vibration of light and love. All my chakras are open and ready to receive.

Drop right into the heart space.

Take a deep breath into this body and this being.

And pull that energy all the way down into the heart.

Relax your whole being here.

Honouring this beautiful heart for all that it's known and felt and understood,

Yearned for and longed for.

Honouring this heart for always staying absolutely true to our inner compass.

What is our heart's desire?

An unwavering knowing.

In every troublesome situation,

In every heartache,

We have longed through this heart.

This longing of the heart is our inner compass.

We drop right into the centre of it.

We find ourselves coming home and in agreement with ourself.

We find ourselves partnering with our heart.

I will give you as my human being.

I will bring about what it is that you seek.

I will seek it too with my eyes and ears and my heart and my soul.

With all my senses and perceiving and all the experiencing of my life.

I seek it too.

Feel that agreement with yourself,

Your heart's desire,

Your deepest longing.

And now positioning your mind,

Body and soul in alignment with that.

Without shame,

Blame,

Regret,

Without guilt,

Without any of the defeating,

Defeating,

Deflating energies.

Just honouring this is who I am,

This is where I am,

This is the space I hold.

This is what my soul seeks and my heart is urging me forward towards that.

And here I am in the very centre of my heart,

In agreement with myself,

In great delight of this life,

Standing in my truth.

Feel how strong that energy is as you connect to your crown.

And feel as if you are standing in a beautiful column of light,

Beautiful light that informs you and guides you,

Refreshes you,

Bathes you and nurtures you.

This beautiful light that every part of your being receives refreshment,

Revitalising energy.

That every bone,

Marrow,

Tissue,

Nerve,

Cell,

Atom,

Mitochondria,

And terra-mia of your being receive this now.

Imagine yourself standing in this bright column of light,

Choosing to be completely immersed in it,

Trusting with you and holding the space where you are and the light coming in is the highest vibration and knowing that deep within you.

And here,

Strong,

Clear,

Beautiful,

Powerful.

Feel the strength of your body and become aware of the beauty of your being.

See how fantastically unique you are and applaud that there is not one piece of you that is like another.

I am my own sovereign,

Unique being and I have my own sovereign,

Unique gift to bring in through this being.

The light pours in,

It illuminates,

It clears,

It refreshes and revitalises me.

In the clarity,

I feel the refreshment around my third arpineal chakra into my deep awareness and sight guidance intuition.

As if we watch that fog slowly dissipating,

We begin to see again.

We begin to see clearly the path opens.

We connect in a whole new way,

A whole and a new way.

Feel how still and calm your being is,

Trusting that what you are receiving as guidance is easily attainable by you because it is the gift coming to you and because you are being given this insight,

It is for you to activate through your human being and that you will be offered all the skills,

All the expertise to do this beautifully.

Feel the alliance of your higher self and your beautiful human self coming into full connection,

Fully integrating your light being and your life being.

Stepping into the centre of this pathway,

I understand myself in a whole and a new way.

As I tune into the sound of the lowest C in the harmonic range and as I hear the sound,

I celebrate this body,

This life,

This human being and everything that I've known and understood through this being,

I celebrate it now with all my heart and all my soul.

And I tune into the highest C an octave up and I celebrate this as a song of my soul,

The part of me that urges me and gains insight,

Clarity,

Way ahead and brings it into my awareness,

The part of me that is light and life,

The part of me that moves into this beyond my life form.

And as the light pours in through my crown,

Awakening up my pineal chakra,

I come into the centre and the flow.

I remember who I am.

I am integrating the highest vibration of my light being,

Guidance and I'm bringing it into form,

Revealing it here for a divine life purpose to be fulfilled.

I'm on a mission,

I'm in my sacred agreement and I'm harnessing all of who I am,

Multi-faceted,

Multi-dimensional being of light and love to do this journey so beautifully.

Feel the connection of this energy coming into one stream,

One beautiful,

Strong,

Flowing stream and let that stream begin to flow through your mind and your body,

Let it flow through your being and we open the throat to receive and we open the energy of allowing and giving,

Pleasing and I deserve and the more I'm willing to give me,

The more I'm willing to receive,

The greater this energy is,

This beautiful throat of mine receives,

This beautiful mind body being receives so that this life can be embraced in the highest vibration,

So that this life can be worthy of this life and the imprint that I alone can leave here as my own unique being is the kindest,

Most significant imprint that I can leave.

My throat is open to receive and to give and to allow,

Opening the energy of willingness,

Let this energy that is opening at the top of your crown,

Bathing,

Creating through the third eye,

Wash down through the throat and into the chest,

Connect to the heart and open into your solar plexus.

I remember who I am,

Bathed in the light of grace and the love of grace.

Feel this beautiful energy coming in you and through you.

I'm right here in the center of my being,

The clearest place that I can be.

I'm holding my energy here and I'm opening my heart to receive even more and the more I'm willing to receive,

The more I am able to radiate outward.

Let your body feel this,

Let every cell in your being,

Every atom,

Mitochondria,

Every particle of your being receive this.

Wellness,

Health,

Flow,

Light,

Love,

Laughter,

Kindness,

Compassion,

Passion.

Feel the flow of abundance coming into your life,

Thriving energy.

And radiate this energy as a frequency out into the world,

This energy of being in alignment to receive and then creating from what you are receiving more flow and more ease,

Opening up the streams of abundance and flow and thriving.

And as you welcome that into your own being,

You become a transmitter for it and you radiate it out.

Let all beings experience this and think of yourself like a lighthouse in a dark night.

The signal radiates out and those who are willing to see may see and those who will hear will hear.

The most important thing that we can do is create the signal within us and then transmit it because we hold a gracious space.

If we want to do anything for any hour in this world,

The cleanest,

Clearest,

Most delightful way we can possibly do it is to hold it ourselves first,

Amplify through the heart and then radiate it out.

Become aware of yourself as a transmitter,

A transformer and come into the agreement with this body that you stand in this life fully aware,

Connected,

Aligned and that the gift of your being here is a gracious gift to all life because you're willing to receive and give,

To relay a signal that you are feeling as truth in you.

I welcome into my life all that which is for my most divine and most gracious life journey and only that.

This life holds me and supports me abundantly and I abundantly hold and support this life.

Beautiful you.

I hold with great integrity the energy of transformation.

I connect into the energy frequency of expression and that I express myself in this life for life.

I open the energy of happiness,

Laughter and wellness so that I can amplify the energies that I'm holding within me.

I expand the frequency of creativity within me,

Knowing that I am co-creating when I am aligning with the highest frequency of creation.

And I do this with all my heart and all my soul,

With every breath and every step.

And may this energy hold you now and help you to stabilize as we open the energy frequency of grounding,

Connecting you to your journey,

To your most divine,

Most excellent life journey.

Let the flow of this energy move around you now.

We take gentle breaths and allow ourselves to come on back to this time and this place.

Shake your wrists.

And then bring your fingertips to your pubic bone and press on this point here at the base of your body and just connect in.

This is me holding myself in my life.

Affirm your body in this time and space,

In this reality.

And then pull the energy up of this all the way through your midline,

Over your belly,

Over your sternum,

Under your throat,

Over your chin and into the little hollow before you get to the bottom lip.

Press now here.

Awaken your central governing line.

Connect in and imagine the point that we pressed as our base and this point here like a zip when you're zipping up the energy,

That this is your energy in here now.

Now pull the energy with your hands up over the tip of your nose,

Over your third eye,

Above your head as far as it is comfortable for you.

Reach your fingers up,

Up,

Up above your head.

Open up your ribs,

Take a deep breath in and then open your hands like beautiful wings and pull a circle around you to the left and the right and all the way as you breathe out.

Thumbs connect again and complete the circle.

And draw your hands up to your heart,

Connected left and right.

The thumbs touch the heart,

We make the connection and feel the balance here.

Feel the truth of you,

Beautiful being of light and love.
