Welcome to your morning meditation.
My name is Joy and I'm gonna be your guide this morning.
You may still be lying down or you may be seated up.
This meditation is bringing you back to your body,
Awakening your senses so that you can focus for the rest of the day.
Let's begin with a simple breath work.
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Breathing in through the nose and out through the mouth.
In and out.

In and out.

In and out.
In and out.
You may continue breathing this way.
And when you're breathing in through your nose,
You may want to imagine the fresh air sustaining your whole body.
And while you're exhaling out,
You are really getting back to your body.
Feeling centered in your core,
Finding that peace and silence within.
Just feeling into the spaces of this morning.
Waking up.
Just allowing the beautiful sensation that you can feel after the breath work.
And you know and you feel deep inside that you are back.
So now I invite you to have a wonderful beautiful day ahead of you.
And you may also start your day with journaling and noticing what happens to your body when you awaken.
